My website is loading fast enough but the images are taking too long. Why?

If you have all your images being downloaded from the same domain, the browser only downloads at most two images at once. You may want to split images over several domains or use a CDN (Content Delivery Network).

update 4/2 - I'm fairly surprised no one from Yahoo has posted or answered this. I've now posted the problem to SUGGESTIONS (suggest you all do as well if you're so inclined) to try to gain some attention. I realize Yahoo is a free service and believe me, I'm grateful for all they do right (many things). I've used Yahoo for YEARS. And I know their system is huge. I'm willing to be patient but if someone from Yahoo could just say, "Yes we know and are working on it." Being ignored is actually worse than the uploading problem to some extent. :-)

What are you trying to resize? The images dimensions? Or the Image's filesize? Dimensions are easy, filesize is a little more resource intensive. Let me know, Gitlez
Can someone tell me what not drawn to scale means in mathematics?
"Not drawn to scale" means that the proportions of figures in a picture are not necessarily accurate. For instance, if they show you two lines where one is supposed to be twice as long as the other in real life, a scale drawing would show one line that is twice as long as the other, like 2cm and 4cm lines representing 4 ft and 8 ft lines. If the picture were not drawn to scale, then 4 ft and 8ft lines might be represented by 2 cm and 3 cm lines, where the longer is not twice as big as the shorter.
For fans of 70's Progressive Rock...what do you think of the short lived Chicago band Zazu?
I uploaded this video to Youutbe awhile ago featuring one of my favourite songs from Zazu's only album release "Zazu" (1975), on the Wooden Nickel record label. There really aren't any pictures of this band on the net, so rather than post one still shot of the album cover throughout my video, I chose to use images taken from various photos & scans of my LP jacket/cover, and labels, while using the basic features of Window Movie Maker. The audio is ripped from my vinyl LP as well... Zazu - Ittsanottasonatta, But It's Close (Vinyl)... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zBpPY1uhe... A bit of band info: Zazu (not to be confused with the 80's German band of the same name) were from Chicago Illinois, and shared the same record label as "Styx" in their early days (Wooden Nickel Records). The US was never really known for producing great progressive rock bands (other than Kansas, early Styx etc), and I feel these guys deserve their place amongst the best the US had to offer during the 70's. Like most Prog songs clocking at over 10 minutes, the pace/tempo changes throughout, and the song is broken into suites. There's lots of great guitar and keyboard trade-offs, and the rhythm section is quite tight as well.. The song title makes me laugh too :) What are your thoughts regarding "Zazu"? Cheers!
