You said you do game alot though, um just make sure if you're sitting in a computer chair that you don't slap watch does your spine is connected all the way from your butt to your back of your neck. How long has the pain been going on ever since you lifted 30 to 50 pounds?

Bad back pain. 13 years old. ?

I'm 13 years old. I've had lower back pain for about 4 month, maybe more. It's been constant, non stop. It hurts the most when i have to stand for over 20 minutes. It hurts a lot when i have to sit up straight for a long time too. It gets real stiff and i end up cracking it to temporarily relieve the pain. But it ends up coming back within 10 minutes. The back pain sometimes causes bad shooting pains in my legs. I do have a pretty bad slouch and i don't drink milk. I also sleep on my stomach, but only sometimes, not too often. Could that be the problem? What else could it be?

I’m 15 with an extreme low back pain. I never injured it. I’ve had it for 5 years. I’ve gone to many doctors and have tried everything and nothing seems to help. Recently it’s been so bad I can’t focus to do my schoolwork or homework. What can I do?

You are very brave for your tender age, seeking answers here on Quora, determined to change your condition. From your question, I bet that you are not here for traditional answers. So here are some non traditional answers for my young friend:Here is something the English medicine won't know about Backpain.Back Pain and knee pain are related in a way as they could also be caused by the mind. Both are linked to deep rooted worry, regrets and resentments. Possibly resulting from grief or sorrow or a lost opportunity. Lost opportunity won't apply for you, I guess. The difference however is that while knee pain hits the person who still keeps fighting and is physically active, Back pain hits the person who succumbs more to the worry and is not so active, physically. These are core beliefs from alternative medicines that treat a person holistically.I can relate to this belief from observing some near and dear ones who went through similar things in life.Question to ask yourself: Was there a significant event in your life, that caused you so much worry that you are still not ready to let go?. Has the worry exponentialised due to buying others opinions or judgements on you?Do you know your stomach muscle is linked to your back muscle and together they are called Core muscles?Core muscles can be strengthened through exercisesIrrespective of body composition, you can strengthen these muscles in isolationSimplest exercise for lower back pain is to lie down on the floor facing the ceiling and holding each leg up for 10 seconds before returning with the other leg. Start off with multiple repetitions in 15 mins. If you find it easy increase to 15 seconds and practice multiple reps for unto 30 mins. This should work wonders for your lower backA fun way to strengthen core muscles is through learning martial arts or kick boxing. Most kicks and punches, you throw, require you to hold your core musclesGood Luck! Hope you get well soon! God Bless!P.S. I may have more non traditional answers for this one. As soon as I remember, I will be here to edit this answer.

Why am I getting severe headaches when I masturbate? Is this common for men?

Many people complain about headache, weakness/giddiness, pain in testicles, knees, lower back, abdomen, shivering, weakness in shoulders, legs, etc. after masturbation. So, just before masturbation everything in the body is alright, but right after ejaculation people face different problems.Regular masturbation can also do much other harm to the body, it weakens the immune system, it can create constipation, it corrupts the digestive system, it disturbs the functions of the blood, it negatively affects hormones, it weakens the sex organs and pelvic muscles, it is a disease creator. Later you may start getting aches and pains anywhere in the body and diseases cropping up. Masturbation addiction can create erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, soft-erections, watery thin semen, etc. The sex life after marriage can greatly affect due to that. Most people and doctors say masturbation is harmless and healthy. Either it is a copy-paste-knowledge just because others are saying or and it is due to the yet inconclusive medical research on it. Just because masturbation gives pleasure doesn't mean it has to be good or to keep doing it. The temporary pleasure-feel can be far more damaging in the future. Once you stop masturbation, you will automatically recover from the headache you are having. Whenever urge to masturbation comes or erection starts, get busy in other productive activities, like take a walk, exercise, read an inspirational book, socialize, etc. Masturbation can be harmful, but not masturbating is never harmful. So, best is to never masturbate ever. Try out for about two months and you will see the difference. You will also feel much more energetic and healthier.

Having sharp pain in lower right ribcage and right neck under collar bone when breathing deeply help?

Hey, just a few thoughts..

1, I have a "pneumomediastinum" aka, a small amount of air escapes from your lungs or esophagus and gets trapped in the chest wall, causing pain when inhaling. its a very sharp stabbing pain. it lasts a few days, and usually resolves on its own, and is spontaneous. If this were the case, you should go to the ER as it can affect your heart.

2. Another thing that comes to mind is pleurisy. That means the lining of your lungs may be inflamed. It can be both sides, or in your case unilateral. Try taking motrin or ibuprofen which are anti inflamatory drugs and see if that helps, but you should go to the Doctor for that as well, because that can be caused by an infection.

3. Your gallbladder is under your ribcage on the right side, and if swollen or infected can cause severe pain up your chest and even into your neck. You could have a bad gallbladder, or a gallstone.. If your gallbladder becomes swollen it can rupture which would be a painful death. I am not trying to scare you but you should go to the doctor.

Only you can decide if the ER is necessary, but you are better safe than sorry. Also, thanks to Obama, Hospitals have charity care, or reduced fee assistance programs. You apply for it after your er visit and you submit proof of no insurance and what you make monthly and they will cut the bill down a lot. I had a $35,000 bill from that pneumomediastinum i mentioned and it was reduced by 100% which was a HUGE burden lifted off me.

You cant put a price on your health, please go get checked out!
