Hi guys. I have seen many different types of recipes for rice pudding. Some say to use long grain rice, some say short grain, and some say Pudding Rice Now, what exactly would Pudding Rice be?? would I find something called pudding rice in the store?? or would people who cook know that AHA, this means to use _____ rice? which rice is best for rice pudding from your experience? Can some one with aspergers tell me something they have to deal with?
My nephew has Asperger's. His brother is Autistic. Both of the boys go to regular school and function just fine. Since you asked about Asperger's ...my nephew is a star athlete. He is 11 this year and is already on the more advanced basketball team, on the swim team, play the sax, and is a real looker. The only times you can tell he has this problem is when he is upset or frustrated. He can act a bit out of control and very childish. Sometimes I think my 5 year old behaves better than he does. His behavior reminds me exactly of Napoleon Dynamite. He does the whole bit to a tee.
