Hi there - Happy new year!I know what busy schedules are like. because I live in one already. But you know what? There is nothing others can do unless you decide to make it different for yourself. A 12 hours long day is enough to make you tired and up for nothing. But the good news is, there are ways you can slow down gaining weight!I say ‘slow down’ because trust me, without working-out, you cannot lose weight easily. Falling sick and losing weight is not a good idea too!You start your day at 6:30 am so make sure you drink warm water with one tablespoon honey, half slice lemon and a green-tea bag (about 15 mins before you brush your teeth). Meanwhile, prepare what you need to wear, carry etc.Have something good to eat before you go out… like wheat-flakes and milk. Don’t start your day with coffee or tea.Don’t starve yourself, but don’t over eat! Having said that, you need to understand that everything you eat will act-up on your body. If you cannot stop it completely, at least try to reduce fried and cheesy stuff as much as possible.Drink lots and lots of water; even if you have to carry a bottle with you at all times. Water flushes out toxins and helps in reducing weight. Slow down a bit after 6 pm.When you are sitting (while traveling) try to take long breaths. Better breathing habit helps in a lot of things in our body (check google) :)When you are back home, have your dinner before 8:30 pm - 9 pm at the max. This will allow your body to digest easily.During weekends, if you have time, go for long walks if you cannot run. I wouldn’t recommend working out once or twice in a week, because that will only ruin your body.These are few simple things you can do even if you are extremely lazy. If not, try to utilize at least an hour of your time once you are back to your room, and do some crunches, jumping-jacks, skipping, squats etc. You won’t need to visit the gym even!Also, there is this app called “7 minutes”… download that and you will have only 7 minutes to give to your body, to make it at least so-called fit.Take care before it’s too late.

First, you should feel confident that you have some AWS experience, otherwise you would never be able to pass the exam. I assume you are stating that you have no AWS “work” experience, meaning on the job AWS experience. Your options also really depend on what other technical skills you have. Are you fluent in any coding or scripting languages? Are you familiar or certified in Linux? Do you have any type of traditional, on-premise networking experience?Just having the CSA certification, with no other technical skills, will not yield very many options. If you have an entrepreneurial spirit, you could start you own local company, helping small, local business’ move their on-premise data to AWS (just as an example). Knowledge required for the AWS CSA certification can be enough to do something like that.If you already have Linux skills, and add AWS Certs on top of that - then you really have a lot of options. Linux and AWS are two of the most sought after skill sets in tech right now.Take a look at indeed.com and just do a generally search for “aws”.
