What dates define a Gemini/Cancer Cusp?

Hi there!
I was wondering if anyone knows the REAL dates that a gemini/cancer cusp falls under. I was born June 17th, 1991. Many say it starts on June 16th. Others say the 19th. Which is accurate? I tend to identify with many characteristics of this cusp. I'm looking to get a tattoo of my astrology symbol. And I'd really like to get this cusp (which looks different than the regular gemini symbol) but want to be sure the 17th is a cusp. Thanks :)

Can someone define the meaning of "propulsion" in a simple way?

Hi there, I'm doing a group project where we're making Water Bottle Rockets, and the rocket that stays in the air the longest will win the competition. On researching, I have the term "propulsion", but I don't get how that applies to the bottle rocket (the online definitions are confusing).

Can anyone define "propulsion" in that kind of situation in a simple way?

And what is the best way to craft a bottle rocket so that it can last the longest in the air?

Thanks so much!

How would you define 'historically reliable'?

Hi there.

With regard to the question above - I have been unable to find any set definition, but was thinking along the lines of a lack of bias/other agenda, first-hand (contemporary) account, etc. Any ideas?

(Just for information, this isn't just me trying to get someone else to do all my work for me, hahah. I'm working on an essay along the lines of "Is x a reliable historical source" and was just looking into a few more opinions on criteria upon which to base my analysis.)

Many thanks in advance. :-)

How to make 7x10 Prints using PhotoShop with precut cards?

Hi there. The first thing you'll want to do (if you haven't already) is open your image in Photoshop and navigate to menu/image/image size. On the pop-up screen, make sure the drop-down buttons to the right are in inches values, and check the size. Are you at 7x10? If not, make sure to enlarge or reduce as necessary. Check the resolution box as well -- you'll want to be at 300 pixels/inch for printing, not 180 or 72.

Now that you've double-checked your size/resolution, go to file/print. In the Print window you'll see Page Setup, where you can adjust for paper size and orientation. If you don't see your paper size listed in the size options, or can't edit the user-defined values, then your printer software does not support those dimensions. In this unfortunate situation, you'll have to either a) upgrade your printer's software or the printer itself, b) get as close as you can with the size and crop the edges with a paper cutter, scissors or Exacto knife.

Once you've selected a paper size, hit OK. Back in the main print window, make sure "scale to fit media" is unchecked. This will keep the size at our predefined values. Another item to check in your print settings, if it is available to you, is "borderless" printing. Not all printers support this feature, but it makes life a lot easier when you're trying to avoid white space around the edge of your printed images.

Lastly, click Print, and you're on your way! Hope this helped you out. Feel free to visit my website or blog for other Photoshop related questions:

What does hi mean?

A simple acknowledgement that you, a human being, are noticed and welcomed, by another human being in your presence. It could simply be said in passing, or be an opening to a small conversation. You can say it to any fellow human being at any time, and having done that, you may be the only person that acknowledges them today, or this week, or whenever. There is no reason why you can’t say this to anyone, but also take note. If you say it to someone who’s in the middle of something, such as concentration, or conversation, or contemplation, you might be intruding on their introspection. If it’s to a person you have a reason to talk to, simple wait for them to finish whatever it is, and they may recognize your presence and look up to you, and that would be your opportunity to say HI, and then have a short conversation, question, etc. It’s not hard, and sometimes, it’s not needed. A simply head nod after eye contact in passing works just as well, especially if you throw in an honest smile.Be the change you want to see.

What is the difference between Hi and Hey? Under which circumstances do you use either one?

I’m from the UK, so my answer is based on our use of these words.Hi means “hello” - it’s a greeting, you say it when you meet someone. Originally an Americanism from the 1800’s it has spread all over the English speaking world.Hey is what you might say to attract someone’s attention. For example “Hey! What are you doing?”. It can also be used to express surprise. “Hey, look at that!”

What is hi?

Hi! Depending on the context you're extracting it from: 1) a variant spelling of the Middle English word “hey”, 2) acronym and state code for Hawaiian Islands, or 3) heat index (physics). Since you're writing it in lower case and w/o full stops 1) seem to be the trivial answer.

Where does the phrase "hey there hi there ho there" come from?

It was part of the introduction song to the Mickey Mouse Club show of the 1950's.

"Hey there, hi there, ho there, you're as welcome as can be.
M - I - C - K - E - Y - M - O - U - S - E!"

What does "hi yourself" mean?

She's telling you to buzz off. "Hi yourself" is saying "Hi back to yourself, because I'm not."If she's reasonably fluent in English, then there's no mistake about this on her part.If she's icky in English, then it might be understandable that she is confused and has a mistaken idea that it means "Hi back to you."For my money, she's telling you to go away. Jeez! Oldies like me back in our kiddie days use to say this to tell someone to buzz off! I don't understand how anyone could interpret this otherwise.A2A? A2A yourself... (No, honestly, thanks for the A2A.)
