I am still really freaked out... I can't remember the last time I've been this shocked. The movie im talking about is here http://www.911weknow.com .... the things that freak me out is how tower 7 fell w/o being hit by a plane OR having a fire, and it looks 100% like a controlled demolition... the fact that the bomb sniffing dogs disappeared 5 days b4 9/11... the fact that all of the power was turned off for 3 whole days for "internet upgrades" to the building & so all of the security cameras were off and people with cables (for detonation - not internet) were running all over... the shape of the standing support beams literally cut at 45 degrees, just how you'd put a charge in... and what i STILL don't understand though is why this benefits bush?? even IF it was done internally, all that got him was a screwed up war in Iraq and a freaked out society.

You see if you go deeper past the link you gave, then you will find out that Allen Miller the writer on OP ED (which is well known for being extreme left and /or pro-conspiracy) has his own web site dedicated to his conspiracy theory. And we Understand that we don't know everything about what happened on 9-11-01. But we also understand that the 911 commission has got it pretty close, still a few unanswered questions and we may never know since the terrorists who actually carried out the mission are all dead. Should we have a new investigation? Well for every claim that there was an American conspiracy, there are 100 claims that there wasn't. And your claims are debunked by people as knowledgeable in their fields as the ones you name or your writer names. So keep digging, maybe you'll find Jimmy Hoffa too.

The guy responding here trying to blame it on Clinton is a typical ignorant neocon response, ignoring many facts about what happened leading up to 9/11 AFTER Bush became president and DID NOTHING with the information left to him by the Clintonians. The 9/11 Commission glossed over many facts about the event so as not to point fingers of responsibility at the Bush administration, but you have to wonder why they NEVER questioned: 1) Why were there explosives detected in the Trade Towers, after the jets' impacts, that very likely caused the "controlled demolition" collapse (and most of the needless deaths of employees and NYFD rescuers)of both towers? 2) Why did Building 7 collapse completely later that afternoon at 5:30PM when it only had a couple small fires in it , and how did Mayor Giuliani know it was going to be demolished, and WHY did the BBC report its collapse at 5PM EST before it even collapsed??? 3) Why did Bush allow all of Osama Bin Laden's relatives in the US to fly back to Saudi Arabia immediately after the attack when all air traffic was restricted to the ground? 4) Why was Bush's brother's security company given the contract for the Trade Center a few months BEFORE the attack?

The fact that it came down in 6.5sec. The 2 BBC reports of it already being collapsed before it happened. The CNN clip of firefighters and policemen telling others to stand back because the building was going down, they're going to pull the building, they've got bombs in there. Some will argue that if indeed they did pull the building, that they could've done that when it was on fire. WRONG!!! A controlled demolition of that magnitude takes weeks of preparation. The fact that there was molten metal underneath this building as well as the towers suspects the further use of Thermite to cut the steel pillars. The fact that no steel structure has ever collapsed due to fire(here where a few dumbies will argue the whole Popular Mechanics article where they talked about this wood building with a tar roof in Chicago collapsed from fire. WOOD). The fact that the lease holder Larry Silverstein said that he recieved a call from the fire commander saying that they weren't going to be able to control the fires. And he says how we've already suffered a terrible loss of life and that the best option would be to "pull" it. And they pulled it and we watched the building collapse. The simple fact is that there were only 2 small fires in the 5th and 8th floors of the building is bogus. That would've been a no hassle job. The bigger question was that Mr. Silverstein said he was refering to the firefighters to be pulled away from the building, when in fact they were not in there, no one was in there to speak of. So what was in Building 7 anyway? How about Guiliani's safe bunker that could withstand many thousands of deg. F heat, FBI, CIA and other Govt. officials command centers. So the biggest thing going on now is Was that the control center for rigging 9/11? Looks that way, since they'd have the best vantage point of everything going on at that time. I don't know for certain, but it does make a lot of sense on the matter.

What the WAR ON TERRORISM has accomplished........ as written by a US Soldier. 1. Given Iraqis freedoms we take for granted aka power and running water. 2. Taken a dictator out of power that was convicted by HIS OWN PEOPLE of committing some very heinous crimes. 3. Eliminated a threat to people around the world by neutralizing many high ranking terrorist officials. 4. Given people in those countries hope for a better tomorrow because they no longer fear religious persecution and imprisoned in their own homes because terrorists controlled their towns and city's and threatened to kill their whole families. 5. Given many children the opportunity to get an education. 6. Given out medical aid to people who have never had any and helped them get better. I could go on for days about the benefits yes soldiers die and no we did not find any WMD's to speak of but we have given ourselves a better chance not to be attacked on our home front because they are focusing on our solders TAKING THE FIGHT TO THEM! So before anyone goes criticizing anyone about what has not been done or how many people have died in vain try to see the things we have done you know the stuff the MEDIA does not like to cover because it does not make for good news.

This is very upsetting. For the first time in my life I have known, without a doubt, that I am being systematically lied to by all "official" sources, gov and media. Just recently in the UK there was a BBC programme, that was a hasty damage limitation exercise, which was blatant propaganda, and lies, regarding the collapse of WTC7. I am not an engineer, but am pretty bright, and have an understanding of Newtonian physics. I find it mind boggling that people don't think for themselves, look at it, find out about all the established parameters, and the obvious "before your eyes" evidence of controlled demolition, is the only answer left. The acedemics, thank goodness, are there to dot the i's and cross the t's. The Emperor's new clothes is an oft alluded to fable, in this context. And it's that blatant. As you observe"The conspiracy nuts are not worth talking to" is the commonest supporting statement for the official theory. Don't they even hear themselves saying this? and all that it implies. Sorry for yabbering, but this subject gets my goat now and again. The sad news is that it may never be acknowledged, too many powerful people have too much to lose. It would cause an unprecedented reaction, it won't happen. . I would probably go mad if I found that everyone believed the 911 lie, so thanks for the question.
