How turhtful is Hollyoaks at representing teenagers?
Hmm firstly i am over 25 years old and i really do love hollyoaks. I am a girl Yes it certainly does and it also have great characters i love minx mcqueen and i am also fond of lauren and newt they are a good team together. Not so fond of anita shes a bit annoying at times and can also be a bad role model for some teenagers who might have issues regarding who they are. The whole racism story with her trying to bleach her skin was hard to watch. I strongly agree with that one. I also like the way hollyoaks can deal with certain story lines without being to over the top unlike certain other soaps. I disagree because hollyoaks is good in highlighting certain issues that other soaps don't really bother doing. Hannah's eating disorder was a great storyline to watch and also Amy's teen pregnancy storyline with ste been violent was a good storyline too because it shows you that any things like domestic violence can happen at any age. Yes i can relate to certain story lines when amy got hit by ste i could relate to that because my ex hit me in the past. I also liked the way the whole sasha nige storyline went as well it was hard though at times to watch but again the writers of hollyoaks played a blinder in showing what issues affect young people in every day life. I love all the characters in hollyoaks. I think my favourite story lines have been the following claire trying to kill max. max getting married and killed on his wedding day. The way steph have shown a caring side by taking care of little tom. I also liked the way they handled the whole newt and eli storyline. It was brilliant. The onlt that thing that bothered me was that hollyoaks didnt win any awards at the soap awards a few weeks back. That was an insult to my favourite show. I think they are yes in a way. When you watch hollyoaks you can relate to certain charcters in the show. My favourite storyline has been sarah coming out to her family. Again it was well played out and it was done in a way that was good and not slezy unlike other shows. Amys pregnancy has been done very well as well and the show wasnt being preechy about teenagers having sexual relations at a young age. I hope that being the age that i am hasnt put you of in doing your paper. I just love hollyoaks and have watched it for quite a long time and i feel that i can relate to the charcters as well.

It says on Wikipedia that Hannah Ashworth in Hollyoaks "began starving herself in February 2005 after a bully at school told her she was fat, she suffered from anorexia on and off for 13 months before her family intervened in March 2006, after another 2 months of struggling with eating she finally came to her senses after she began dating John Paul McQueen and her self esteem began to heighten." I've checked episode guides and there's no evidence of this ever happening, and I can't remember it ever happening; can anyone confirm that this information is correct?

alright well im a 13 year old girl and im looking for some good tv shows to get into. my favorite show ever is teen wolf. i just started watching it but i finished it in 3 days because i was so addicted. so i like shows like that. i watch these shows: teen wolf big bang theory two and a half men glee i dont watch much. my favorite of all time was teen wolf. idk i guess i like it so much cause its so intense and there isnt a minute when something dramatic isnt happening. is vampire diaries good? any suggestions? shows must be on hulu plus or netflix. thanks(:
