Here's what I ate today - how am I doing so far?
I am having a hard time with getting all the appropriate nutrients and calories as a pregnant woman. I find I either eat too many empty calories, or just not enough calories period. Here's what I've had today so far: Bagel w/ Egg Beaters & cheese Calzone - tomatoes, olives, peppers, pepperoni Mango Pear Orange What should I have for dinner?

Am I doing good so far in life what is the sign?
What I have discovered about life so far is that there is no wrong or right approach to living. Sometimes you are being the best you can be, other times you are lukewarm and least of all you pray you are not useless especially to the person that matters the most, YOU. When you look out for signs of financial independence and gains, this might be temporary. Work on the inner you and the rest will be complementary. How do you know you are doing good so far?We know through our experiences. Whatever we have gone through has it made any meaningful impact to us? Has it changed us for the better or are we bitter because we didn’t get our way? Live and learn. Then Learn and live for eternity.How do you sleep at night? Does your conscious indicate that you left some ‘unfinished business’ somewhere. Did you harm or you failed to make amends with certain people in your Life. Don’t let anger, hurt and unforgiveness poison your body. Make amends when you can. It might take months or years but be ready when the time comes. You will know when the time is right.Relationship with family, God and friends. We are always told that all the relationships and people we surround ourselves with contribute a huge percentage to our emotions and physical well-being. You can not be 100% pure with God and everyone. prioritize your relationships that work and let the evil ones die a natural death.Gratitude: You are grateful for everything and everyone around you. Do see the people who are genuinely smiling at the animals, flora and all that surrounds them? That inner happiness oozes out of your body making you happy, grateful to the universe and you start to create impact everyone you go because you understand everyone matters.Personal Healing; you forgive and you are forgiven. You make amends with your past so that the future is beautiful. Shame and guilt come from bad places. Places that have not been healed and make us ashamed of our past mistakes. How is your Thanksgiving day going so far?
Thanks for asking. Kind of weird. My parents were to have the dinner and their kitchen sinks are backed up so they cancelled. My best friend invited me to her parents house and now their whole neighborhood is having sewage problems! So I had macaroni and a hot pocket. But, it's 60 degrees in Illinois in November, so I still have something to be thankful for! Happy Turkey Day and Congrats on Baby!

His report card would go something like this:“Donald’s performance this year is entirely consistent with his performance in previous years, so no nasty surprises on that front.
