How Am I Losing Weight When Im Not Eating Healthy

Why am i loosing weight! im not eating healthy!?

You're definitely not eating enough. Especially with the amount of exercise you're getting. But there's something I'm not understanding about your exercises...

200-300 jumping jacks... Far too many, try to cut to 100.
50 crunches... That's fine.
20 squats... How much weight are you putting on the bar?
80 reps of weight(5 lbs)... What exercise? You can't possibly be doing 80 reps of 5 pound squats.

Why am I eating healthy but still not losing weight?

It doesn't matter what food you are eating, if you are still consuming more calories than you are burning you will not lose weight. You need to exercise. That is absolutely required to be a healthy individual. Dieting without exercise isn't healthy and it makes you lose weight much slower as well.
There is no such thing as not having the time to exercise. That is a fully loaded peice of BS. You don't have time NOT to exercise. It is absolutely vital to your health. Not exercising is just as bad for you as stuffing your face with nasty food (if not more so).
Everyone on this planet should exercise and everyone on this planet has the time. It's other things you don't have time for.

I don't know what you mean "perving on you".
Stop making dumb excuses and go get a gym membership.

And no, I think it's more than clear losing 15kg in 20 days isn't realistic. Losing 15kg in 4-6 months is realistic.

I'm working out and eating healthy and i'm not losing weight. what am i doing wrong? HELP!?

i just had my second son a year ago and i'm still carrying around an extra 30 lbs. i'm barely considered overweight by weight/height charts, but i dont like the way i look. the extra weight is mostly in my belly. i do cardio and light weight training (mostly my arms which stayed skinny and are finally getting toned) and i'm watching my diet. mostly i watch portion size, because i suck at counting calories and i don't believe i should deprive myself of any food. i just don't know what i'm doing wrong and why i'm not seeing more results. i've noticed my back is more toned, same with my sides and arms, but my thighs and belly are still quite large and that bothers me. i go to the gym nightly and work on the rowing machine and the cross-trainer and i also use a cutting gel on my belly and inner thighs. any other suggestions? i really don't know what i'm doing wrong.

Why am I losing weight while I’m still eating healthy? You describe a 10 kg weight loss as not significant. I disagree. You’ve lost 13% of your previous body weight over about 2 months. That is considered to be clinically significant. It may simply be that you are not consuming enough calories to maintain your previous weight, or there may be a metabolic condition that is having an impact, such as hyperthyroidism or diabetes. Before you start chugging down protein shakes, please see a doctor and find out what the underlying cause for your weight loss is.

Eating Healthy, Exercising, Not Losing Weight?

Hey, so I'm just curious what's going on with me here. I'm 16, nearly 6 feet tall and 235 pounds and eat 1000-1500 calories a day. I just started eating healthy like this around the beginning of August. I'm not just eating a small amount of calories, the things I eat are healthy and good for you, I also take vitamins. Now, I haven't eaten flawlessly 1000-1500 for a month straight, I've had occasional bad things but on average in the past month I've had 1000-1500. I've also been playing racquetball pretty often and since I've started school I'm in PE every day in addition to playing tennis and racquetball outside of school. I've been sitting between 233 and 236 pounds for weeks. Am I actually losing fat and gaining muscle or am I just not losing any weight for some reason? I've noticed my right tricep area is a little tighter from racquetball but that's about it. I figure there is no way that I'm gaining muscle so fast that it's keeping me at the same weight while losing a bunch of fat, especially not from just playing racquetball. Any ideas/thoughts would be much appreciated.

Exercising, Eating Healthy... NOT Losing Weight!!?

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration and the Federal Trade Commission issued seven warning letters on Tuesday December 6, 2011 to companies that sell the over-the-counter products, noting they have not been approved by the FDA for weight loss. The drops do not contain hcg hormone but similar synthetic peptide amino acids. This is the first step in terminating the sale of the ineffective drops.

Finally the Food and Drug Administration has taken steps to stop these possibly harmful products.
Anyone that lost weight on the diet protocol only did because they were eating 500 calories a day and in starvation mode. The drops legally cannot contain any real hcg anyway. Most conscientious pharmacies have already pulled them from the shelves and others are selling down.
The side effects of the hcg diet protocol are the side effects of malnutrition. These include headache, hair loss, interruption of menstrual cycles, fatigue, feeling lightheaded, disorientation, stomach pain, nausea, and diarrhea.
Something to think about. One of the side effects of properly using the hcg injections to increase fertility is weight gain. So how can the hormone cause weight loss other than malnutrition?
I know you hate to hear it but a healthy diet and exercise work every time.

Working out/Eating healthy and NOT losing weight, please help!?

I'm so frustrated, I've been trying to lose weight for the LONGEST time. Ive done diet pills, like every kind (yes I know horrible) and I go back and forth with my weight.

So Im like screw the pills, signed up for a gym and started working out hardcore. I weighed myself day 1 to obviously see where I start. I eat healthy, mini sandwiches, chicken salad, fiber bars and snack on almonds. Ive been doing this for TWO weeks like eating super healthy, cut out EVERYTHING bad (soda/junk) and working out doing extreme cardio at the gym everyday.

So I weigh myself after 2 weeks and not only did I NOT lose weight but I gained weight. How is that possible?? Its not muscle because Im not doing any weights/toning.

I mean yeah I feel amazing about myself and thats why I would never quit on myself because I feel healthier but its still frustrating and a downer! Can someone help me??

Depends. Stuff like crosswords, Sudoku, stress, getting a new job but staying happy and maybe you’re eating seedless grapes there or getting stressed at times and taking a Rolaids and/or magnesium, always being cheerful and knowledgeable to others, being in the fresh air outside at times, vacuuming inside, etc. and only consuming so many calories for your age — why, of course you could be losing weight; you’re probably not consuming much milk, either. Or you might just be drinking a lot of water, then having caffeine or salt or something; that might do it. So can just living at night with less lights and less TV on.
