What GPA am I suppose to submit for the common app?
Probably your all courses GPA? I'm not really familiar with your school system, but at mine the GPA does include mandatory credit classes like PE and an Advisory block. I would think that they would care about your grades even for non-academic classes. You could ask your school's guidance counselor (who would know best), but in any case there's going to be a GPA given on your transcript, and colleges are going to look at that official GPA more than what you give them. :)
When are we supposed to submit the OMR sheet provided with the Banasthali University prospectus?
OMR sheet provided within prospectus is not supposed to be submitted. You only have to submit admission form and at entrance exam time OMR sheets will be provided to you for answering or whatever they require. They are just for your reference.
Are we supposed to submit 10 and 12th educational certificates as well for express entry for ITA?
Your highest qualification is required.. They will let you know if other documents are required

Its quite simple, all offers should be presented to the seller. They can be presented in the order received but the one at a time thing concerns me. There are protections in place so that the agent cannot select for him or herself the offer that he/she prefers to be presented to the seller. Certain offers can be more lucrative especially if they represent both sides of the deal. Personally, I would be furious with my agent if they did anything but present me all the offers received, when they were received or within a reasonable amount of time.Once presented however, the agent can explain the pros and cons of each. You take all evidence of your relationship, such as pictures, letters, e mails, joint bank account if any, visits from your spouse, you can rest assured the consular officer will ask you if you have any evidence of the relationship

How do you submit art to game informer?
Okay, so I've been wanting to post some art to the contest section they have in the game informer issues but, when I went on their website I couldn't find where to submit my art. I was thinking about messaging them my art but I wasn't sure if that was how you are supposed to send it to them. I feel like such an idiot for asking this, but >.<
Can't submit answers to yahoo answers?
for some reason, the submit button isn't working. whenever i try to click the submit button after answering a question, it just doesn't work. it's lighting up and whatnot when i click submit, so something is supposed to happen, but nothing does. it's been like this since yahoo answers changed. does anyone know how to fix this? i'm sure it's obvious, but i'm kinda computer stupid, so please help me out?
Is one allowed to submit the same research paper to multiple journals and just choose the one which accepts it? If this is not allowed, as there are so many journals out there, how does one decide where to publish?
This is called double submission, and also applies to submissions to simultaneous conferences, or conferences and journals at the same time.This is viewed as a cardinal sin by most research communities. If you do this, and you are found out, not only does it put a stain on your reputation as an academic, but you can expect to find yourself on blacklists at top conferences/journals, where you will not even be able to submit. As a result, this happens very very rarely, at least in the CS communities I'm aware of.
