Would you date a guy with acne scars?
I'm a nice,sweet,caring,funny guy and i have a cute personality and i'm happy like 24/7 but i get really self concious about my acne scars.I'm 18 and i still get a little bit of acne (i'm going to be a little graphic here so bear with me ) but even when i don't pop my zits and what not they scar!i don't have bad acne anymore and the scars are like almost all gone but i still have some and it makes me feel so self concious.soo...you ever would date a guy with acne scars?Do i really have anything to worry about?

go to a dermatologist I have acne and the only thing that helped me was a pill called minocylyn I have wasted so much money on product since I was 12 years old and when I was 18 I knew i had to do something about it... So I went and my dermatologist worked with me and I had a lot of acne pick scars and I was told I needed plastic surgery... So 2 months ago I knew I couldn't afford it so I went to the counter and bought a small thing of Clinique Clinical Dark Spot Corrector... Its took a while to work but my face is almost free of acne scars... Its only 50 buck and I am so happy, I almost am so confident I can go out without make up... I am 18 male and my acne and acne scars are killing me!!!help?
My acne won't go away I've had it for two years. Im not just talking about bad pimples i am talking about complete severe acne... a red face filled with holes, craters, and horrible skin. My skin is a mess not soft at all. I have enlarged pores in my nose and cheeks and my skin looks like ****. I have gone to the dermatologist but honestly he ruined my skin...So i ask you for help please, i can't stand my life anymore sometimes i think about suiciding because looking in the mirror is so depressing. Acne is also a problem because it won't go away no matter what i tried antibiotic pills called doxycycline hyalite and even accutane. Ive used proactive, benzol peroxide and pretty much everything. Im a freshmen in college and the reason why my severe acne and severe scarring is ruining my life is not necessary socially. I mean it does affect my self esteem like when talking to girls. Like i just don't wanna have a girl friend looking this bad. Its not fair for the girl at all, i look like a freak. I just can't stand looking at the mirror and seeing myself. Life is so unfair and i don't wanna live like this anymore

i don't mind acne scars. everyone gets acne sometime in their life. too bad would be u don't even know if they are black or white because of the scars. girls shouldn't care about what u look like, if they do, they ain't right for u.

I have never really had much success with girls due to my acne/scars and feel that I will never have a gf because of it. Is this true am I done for? I know girls love confidence but it is hard to be confident with scars :( Thanks for the honest answers!!

Gay men, are acne scars a turn off to you?
Just answer the question, you don't have to read all this... My gay best friend has acne scars from having pretty bad acne as a teenager. We're now in our 20's, he doesn't really have acne anymore, but he has pink/brown hyperpigmentation marks on his cheeks and nose and a bumpy, uneven skin texture. He's really upset about it saying that "how could any guy find me attractive with my disgusting face." His face is looking a lot better from microdermabrasion treatments, and it's really not THAT bad. I guess my question is, are acne scars a particular turn off for gay men? Are gay men perfect skin seekers?
Will Acanya/Tretinoin clear my acne scars ?
My dermatologist prescribed me Acanya ( Morning ) and Tretinoin ( Night ) for my acne. I'm 15 ( Male ) and I'm supposed to cleanse my face then put on either Acanya or Tretinoin ( depending on what time of the day it is ) and I've read reviews and it's supposedly one of the best methods to clear acne. But no one has mentioned anything about acne scars. Nothing good or bad. I'm just wondering if my acne scars will clear up or disappear while I'm on these products.
