I'm fresh out of abracadabra, but there IS another way. In order to make it larger, you must add material to the sides. If your local dry cleaner does alterations, take it to them and tell them you need them to put 'gussets' on the sides. These are strips of material that are made of the same type fabric, usually in a contrasting color and usually black. If your cleaners won't do it, look for someone else who advertises that they do alterations. Anyone who sews reasonably well can do it and it's not hard to do. You just open the side seams and insert the strips a few inches wide and make it longer than the jersey so you can hem it to match the jersey hem.
