stop eating junk food. I mean STOP!! drink at least 8 glass of water every day. No rice and pasta till your birthday. No cookie and candies for holloween and after. East salad+egg, salad+ chicken, salad+ fish for lunch and dinner. have lot of fruit and vegetable for snack and you are only 15 go out and play. Be active or by the way no soda and video games for you!! LISTEN TO ME AND YOU'LL BE FINE!

Hello,The absolutely best and easiest way to shred pounds without working out is doing the following 3 steps and staying consistent:1) Delay your breakefast to late afternoon. This will engage you in something called Intermittent Fasting (IF) and is absolutely the best way to lower insulin and increase Human Growth Hormone. The first few days mght be a bit hard but after you'll get used to this and make it a lifestyile, you will be so thankful and it will be so easy. To blunt your morning apetite, drink a bit black coffee or tea. So fast for about 16-20 hours per day and only eat within the 4-8 hour window.2) Avoid all starches, sugars and processed foods, try to eat natural whole foods. Minimize carbon hydrates and only eat them in the form of vegetables and, occasionally, fruits. Carbonhydrates affect your insuline quite a lot, especially fiberless sugars. Insuline is a fat storing hormone and you can not oxidize fat in elevated insulin levels.3) Increase the consumption of healthy fats, such as coconut oil, grassfed butter, cheese, whip cream, avocados, eggs and olive oil etc. Contrary to popular belief, fat does not make you fat because it has a non-existin impact on the insuline. Tips to lose weight. 15 year old boy 220+ pounds?

Hi everybody,My name's Cody and I am 16 and about 5'7". The bad thing is, I am overweight. For the past 3 months I have been trying to lose weight, but to no avail.
I eat 5 balanced and healthy meals everyday:
Breakfast (Around 6:30) is usually 1 cup of Living Well Cereal witht 1/2 cup of 2% reduced fat milk
1 glass of Orange juice or water (usuallly water)
At school for lunch I have:
1 salad (instead of putting the ranch dressing on it I do this thing my health teacher taught me, I pour the ranch on the plate and just dip my fork in it for every 2 bites)
And 1 water bottle
When I get home (Around 3:00) I usually eat an Apple or some random fruit
I do my homework and at around 4:30 I walk around town at a regular and fast pace for about 1.5-2 miles. This takes about 35 min and I do it 5 times a week.
I get home and at 6:00 (if dinner is going to be later) I eat another snack which is usually an apple too lol
When I eat dinner I eat in smaller proportions and try to get healthier things (Wheat bread instead of White bread, If we have chicken I take the skin off, etc.)
I never eat 2 hours before I got to bed.
I wake up, and do the same thing.

After about 3 months, I have noticed nothing has really happened. I am still gaining weight (although it has slowed down) and i don't want to give up on this.
I do NOT want to take any pills or anything like that.

Is 160 pounds over weight for a 15 year old boy?

im a 15 year old boy and i weigh 160 pounds. i am about 5 ft. 11 inches and when i was 14 i weighed 190 but started exercising and eating better and lost 30 pounds. It took about 4 months to lose that thirty pounds but the past 3 months i just havent been able to lose any more weight. is 160 over weight for me because i feel like i still have a lot of extra body fat on me and any helpful tips for losing extra weight. thanks for any help.

15 year old teenage boy, need to lose weight fast!!!?

Losing weight isnt a super fast process, it takes time. First you are going to need to cut out most fatty/junk foods, which is hard because I as well am a teen and I am on the same journey. Try and eat things that are mor natural like things that are grown or were once living like beef and pork. You also should avoid pop, and drink water because it is the best thing for your body and it doesnt have any calories. Although this sounds easy I find it very difficult at times and I do allow myself to splurg every once in a while. This also means NO fast food what-so-ever. You should get at least 30 minutes of activity a day, but I would advise a high-impact workout for 30-60 minutes a day. Start off with a short amount of time and continually add time on. Now I have read that eating less carbohydrates is an effective diet if done right, although it will make you tired because that is your sugars, it allows you to eat so many carbohydrates a day, and you can eat as many meats as you want but this isnt exactly the healthiest route. If you go to your browser and type in carbohydrate diet im sure plenty of sites will pop up. If you decide to to go that route do try and do some excercise with it, just dont exhaust yourself.
