How Can A Running Back Pump Up His Offensive Line Before And During A Game

Why is the Fade away fundamentally unsound?

It is more of a difficult move than an unsound one. Instead of jumping straight up, you jump back and lean the upper half of your body back to create more space for the jumper. As a shooter starts the shot, he/she sights the basket and the brain calculates what the body must do to get it in. Leaning back changes your line of sight and perspective making the brain recalculate the shot in mid air. This is do-able but not easy. It is difficult to master and to practice which is why more people aren't doing it.

There are things that a shooter can do to make the process easier and make more baskets. If you are interested, I will tell you in another Q & A.

Why do NFL/football defenses tire more easily than offenses?

Generally, running a play on defense is more tiring, due to the nature of the game.Only a handful of offensive players are needed to complete a successful play. For instance, on this play:the receivers are running pretty short routes. If the quarterback completes a 10-yard pass to either of the flankers (X or Z), then the defense has a problem on its hands. The offensive linemen, QB, and TB can sit back and watch things develop once the pass is completed - maybe one of the young ones runs out to help block for the receiver, eager to prove himself, but the rest kind of jog half-heartedly about ten yards to get into place for the next play, since most of these conservative passes don't turn into TDs.On defense, on the other hand, pretty much everyone but the linemen is expected to run over to that receiver and make sure he doesn't score. And if you're a lightning-fast pass-rushing lineman like Robert Quinn or Aldon Smith, you're joining in the fun because every year's a contract year, dammit. If the ball was passed to the X receiver, and you're a nickel corner or linebacker covering the S, you'd better hustle your ass over there. If that receiver happens to be a Tavon Austin, good luck catching him. If he's a Larry Fitzgerald, you might get to him, but good luck taking his ass down - it takes 2-3 at least to accomplish that.So basically, once the pass is completed, about 6-7 guys on defense need to start running, while for just a handful of the offensive players, their only job is to get in those defenders' way so they don't catch up to your guy - a much easier job than sprinting full speed after the asshole who's pumped that he just made a catch and happily galloping on his way to embarrass you on the other side of the field.

How to be more aggressive on the football field?

I dont wanna be insane and the type of guy who starts fight all the time but i wanna raise my aggressive level to get me psyched before and during the game....also how do i let go the fear of injury

How can i get meaner in football?

When I used to played football, hype always helped me. This technique may sound stupid, but it really works. I would bang my hands on my helmet and shout random lines to get myself cocky. Slapping my helmet would bring my adrenaline up and being cocky would boost my confidence. While on the sideline, I would bang helmets with my players and shout to the crowd trying to pump them up. In addition to all this, before the game I would get mad about something. Anything possible like the QB looked at me wrong or the RB hit my GF. Just something to get myself angry with the opponent. This really helped me and since you have muscles, you are intimidating to begin with! I hope I never run into you! lol.
