Is it possible to not gain any weight during pregnancy?

If you are overweight, it can be done safely. I was 30 pounds overweight when I got pregnant the last time and didn't gain any by eating healthy and staying active. A HEALTHY pregnancy will gain you 10-20 pounds, so use that as your guide. My sister, who is 5'8" and weighs 105 most of the time, usually gains 10-15 pounds during pregnancy. She has had 10, yes that's TEN kids. Eat healthy and have healthy snacks to help prevent unwanted weight. Check with your doctor about the right weight for your size and height. Your doc will help you maintain a healthy weight for you and the baby.

When do pregnant women start putting on weight?

Most pregnant women start gaining weight in the second trimester. You can expect from probably the fourth month on to gain about a pound a week....right around 24 pounds.

You absolutly do not want to gain less than 20 pounds. Really though it's best not to focus on the pounds that you gain. Eat plenty of fruit, vegetables, lean meat, whole grains and some dairy. If you do this most of the weight that you gain will simply be baby weight....the baby itself, the enlarged uterus, your water, and a littlt bit of fat reserve for breastfeeding.

Keep in mind if you gain 25 pounds you will automatically drop about 10 pounds when you give birth to your baby. Leaving you with only a 15 pound weight gain.

The best way to loose that baby fat is by nursing. The baby literally sucks the fat from your body. I know a lot of women who gained normal amounts of weight during pregnancy and after 6 months of nursing their babies, they were thinner than before they got pregnant. It also helps your uterus to contract and return to normal size faster AND has so many physical/emotional benefits for your baby.

That said, however you decide to feed your baby after he's born, right now you have the job of feeding him as healthy as you can. Eat healthy and it'll be best for both of you.

Don't watch the scale too much....just don't pig out every day on oreos and icecream and you'll be fine. :)

Still losing weight while pregnant?? 26 Weeks??

Okay pre-pregnancy weight= 267lbs
26 weeks pregnant weight now= 232lbs

I was sick during the first 16 weeks of pregnancy, and for the last 10 weeks I have been okay, I eat breakfast, lunch, and a small dinner, its just I get full sooo fast!! My doctor hasnt said anything about this weight loss, I go back for my next visit and I am going to ask him again.

Its just that now I want to start walking everyday, just to be super healthy before delievery, but I dont want to lose no more weight!!

At my 23 week ultrasound, they said that the baby already weighed 1lb 9oz, and that everything looks perfect, just dont wanna do anything to hurt the baby :)

Is this weight loss okay, Im not trying to lose weight, just am, has this happend to anyone else?
Also, can I start walking everyday, or every other day?? Thanks!

Does sex cause weight loss?

Its the happiness and comfort and the security in the life after marriage that tends to people eat more compared to the single ones.Sex makes you lose weight:-Studies show that there is no physiological reason behind the enlargement of breast and hips rather they burn more calories. It is said that on an average you can lose around 100 calories in 30 minutes of passionate love making and in order to lose a pound, a person needs to ban 3500 calories. Sex controls fat and carbohydrates cravings. Too much of cortisol i.e. the high-anxiety hormone in the system increases the cravings for fat food and carbohydrates. Thus, boosting the process of gaining weight. Sex can actually keep a check on cortisol.Conclusion:-Thus, we can conclude that having sex can play a larger role in losing weight than gaining weight.

Is it possible to put a weight limit on a wife in a prenuptial agreement?

Perfectly fine as long as she gets one that protects her when your ugly head goes bald and you can't get your tiny pecker up anymore.
