Why aren't there more male feminists?

There are many male feminists! But here are some plausible reasons why more aren't:they don't see what's in it for them- most humans- not just men- are self-interested.they simply don't care. Why should we reject feminism?

I remember watching comedian Ali Wong. In her gig she was explaining how angry she is at feminism. Here is a small quote from her performance:I think feminism is the worst thing that ever happened to women. Our job used to be no job. We had it so good. We could have done the smart thing, which would have been to continue playing dumb for the next century… And then all of these women had to show off and say, ‘We can do it, we can do anything!’… They ruined it for us.At first while watching this I was a little bit concern, but finally Ali Wong convinced me.Of course that women are capable of the same things that men. But is it really smart of us to let them know about it?Because of feminism now I'm feeling guilty when a man gives me seat in the bus. I hate standing and I really enjoy a possibility of comfortable seat. But there is always this annoying voice in my head "Should I let this guy know, that I am in the same way capable to stand during the ride in a bus like him? Does he realize that?".And why am I bothering like that?If we as a women really would like to do it right, we should just shut up, sit back and let all men do work for us, as it used to be. Giving us a seats, caring heavy stuffs. Going for work and bringing us money to spend. And what if some accident happen? Do You really wanna take a responsibility and take an action? When You could just cover Your mouth with hand, scream "I think I am fainting" and let a men to go through all difficulties and drama? Our sisters from decades before us had it all worked out. But then feminism come, and started to destroy well created cover, that was being held by women through centuries.No, don't think that it was unmoral of us. Most of a men were really enjoying doing everything for us. There were happy with that. Sure, ones for a while, there was some more intelligent guy who would notice "hey, wait a minute, actually why women just sit at home and do nothing? Can’t they do the same work as we do?". But those were in minority.I believe that it's not too late yet. (Just look on some of a stupid questions that men ask here, on quora). We can still repair a damages that few decades of feminism done and come back to old good times where we were using men to do everything for us. That world was better for us all!Me- Got a master degree, worked as an architect, soon to be a single mother, traveled a world on my own (yep! I'm a big victim of feminism).
