How Can I Be Pretty And Skinny Well Skinny Fat Not Skinny Boney

Tips on how can I be that skinny, pretty, popular girl?

I'm not going to tell you "be yourself," or "just love who you are" like others will. If you really want to do this you should.

#1) your body: don't do anything stupid like starving yourself or vomiting your food, just eat better. That small change REALLY does help a lot. You probably can't quit cold turkey so make better choices like grilled instead of fried and whole wheat instead of white. When your hungry grab some fruit or veggies. Haha yum. I like raw celery and carrots and broccoli and tomatoes with hummus or ranch dressing. It taste good. Try it. Once you get stronger stop eating fast food or that donut that's just calling your name. If you can excirsize. If you don't have the will incorporate small changes like the stairs instead of the elevate or get off your lazy bum during the comercial! Lol. I have a hola hoop, and sometimes I just bring it out and it strengthens your core flattening your waist.

#2) braces: you could get your braces of but it will cost a lot I don't have exact calculations but I'm thinking in the thousands. My personal thoughts would be to keep them. In the long run your teeth will be perfect later and your in seventh grade you can flash your gorgeous smile at some guy a few years from now and look even better with a perfect smile. Besides braces can be cute, I actually wanted them, but never got to get them :( also short can be cute to! Really alot of guy prefer short girls!

#3) I can give you a lot of beauty tips but I want to save my fingers so I will simply say invest in seventeen magizine. They give great beauty tips and advice on boys among other things. I just received my march issue today. Haha ;) but anyway you can get it from a store at the checkout or whatever or if you don't want to get it jut check out the website.

#4 (and last): confidence. If you don't like yourself and act all numbed and broody no one else will. Fake the confidence! People will like you more. ( it's true) put yourself out their be friendly and smile just be cute in general. (Look up how to be cute, adorable, confident on ehow)

Why am I so boney and skinny?

I am a 13 year old male and very skinny be wise of my high metabolism. I hate it and u can see practically all bones in my body like calorbones. I can't seem to gain any weight. I am 5 feet 4 in and 96 pounds. I had my girlfriend and we hugged for the first time and 2 hrs later I got a txt saying she was breaking up with me. Is it because she didn't like the hug or me cause I am so skinny. I still love her but she likes me as a friend only which makes me sad. I know I am not anerexic because I eat every 2 hrs because of my metabolism and Im not as skinny as those type of people. Pls help!!!

Why am I skinny but still have belly fat?

Thin, Skinny, or Bony?

Being a young girl I cant help but wonder how I match up to the standard when it comes to a desirable female body. I normally don't feel too insecure about my weight, height, etc. but my mother has always told me I am too skinny/bony and when it comes from your mum, well, it matters.

So, here's the deal, I have been working out the last two months and trying to get in shape. I reaaaaallly want to shape up my bum, but alas, my body has a different idea!!!! I've lost a lot from my chest, collarbone, and shoulders. *sigh * (I think I will just up my upper body strength work/out and eat more lean proteins). Well anyways, my weight loss in that area HAS made me look a little more bony and I would love to have an outside/unbiased opinion that is honest.....and If I AM too thin, that's okay, I'll just start eating more!

Any suggestions or tips would be really, really, appreciated! :)

What is the difference between being bony, thin, skinny, slim and slender?

Being boney isn't attractive and usually boney people have virtually no fat on them.
Thin is healthy but in the lower end of healthy.
Skinny is the same as boney to be honest, no fat.
Slim is healthy/curvy. Slim is considered the best figure to be.

Do men like a toned woman, or a skinny woman?

well, a curvy body is a paradox: u r firm, toned, not fat but incredibly soft at the same time. Slim (not skinny) and curvy is damn attractive. sizes really dont matter. Too much muscle in a woman (body builder type) can be a turn off- bcos tht looks unnatural (same goes for bodybuilder- wrestler kind of men).

Basically u r attracted to a healthy mate, thts it.
