How Can I Become A Dark Model Here In La What Do I Need Exactly

How can I be a model?

Practice. Like any skill, it takes practice and study.Study the poses, facial expressions, body language, makeup, wardrobe, and styling of professional models who are doing the style of modeling that you want to pursue.Evaluate how those professional models respond to the lighting in the photo, whether it’s natural light or studio lights. Study the phrase “find the light” and practice it.Modeling the Light: A Model's Role in Lighting – ESSENTIALS For PhotographersPractice poses and expressions with a friend and a phone or point-n-shoot. You don’t have to pay a photographer if you just want to practice. Even phone photos will let you evaluate your own abilities and results in posing and expression.Practice your makeup and wardrobe/styling skills. Professional models on commercial shoots will have a makeup artist and stylist, but when you’re starting out you’re on your own. There’s no shortage of makeup tutorials on Youtube - one of my favorites is Pixiwoo: https://www.youtube.com/user/pix...Find a local photography club or photography meetup group - these are often in need of amateur models. You likely won’t get paid but you get practice and experience in front of the camera. You might get great photos back, you might get crap, but even if the photos are mediocre you’ll be able to evaluate your own performance, poses, expressions, and interaction with light. And, you’ll get experience working with photographers, being in front of the camera, and taking direction. IMPORTANT NOTE: Not all photo clubs are created equal. Some are great and professionally-run, some are poorly run and full of creeps.Stay humble. Take direction and critique without feeling personally insulted. However, at the same time, if you ever feel unsafe, you have the power to pack your things and leave.Once you have a hundred shoots under your belt, pick your best results that are in the style of modeling that you want to pursue, and present them to an agency.

Why is America becoming so politically correct?

The past three generations are some of the most spoiled and sheltered people on earth. They missed too many maturation windows so now they are little children in adult bodies who have no concept of the realities of life on earth. They live in such la-la land fairy tale worlds they can be deluded by any crap that sounds good to them.

They have bought the lying crap from neo-Marxist bigots that the problems in the world are from greedy capitalists and corrupt politicians. The truth is the citizens themselves nearly everywhere, particularly in Latin America, create their own disasters. Most often it's from spewing so many babies they swamp their own lands with human vermin and spill it over into neighboring lands like ours.

"Greedy capitalists" do suck workers blood, but they suck it from the floor. Overpopulating excess labor cuts each others' throats by undercutting each others' wages. The poor make themselves even poorer that way while they help make the rich richer supplying them with ever cheaper labor.

What exactly is the Wisconsin Idea?

According to my history textbook, it's Robert La Follette's program for making the state government more efficient and responsive to voters, and a Progressive-era model for political reform that comprised the Direct Primary, Recall, Initiative, and the Referendum(?).

OK, here's where the confusion comes in. I did a bit of nosing around on the Internet and found something talking about a "university's direct contribution to the state," a phrase completely absent from my textbook. Some websites also mentioned tax reforms and worker's compensation. Can someone explain this? Any help would be very much appreciated, thanks!

What are the requirements for a male model?

Only runway & fashion have measurement criteria. For adult males - waist 30"–35" chest 36"–40" & height 5'11 - 6'2. (Within an inch is acceptable). Weight is not important but models must be toned with a healthy BMI.

Other modelling categories don't have measurement criteria - proved by 1000s of successful male models under 5'11 but male models under 5'8 struggle to compete with taller guys. If you`re under the runway required height, don`t apply to a runway agency - they use the same models for their commercial & editorial divisions.

Male models don`t have to be good looking, as in all modelling, the agent will decide to which of the modelling categories each model is suited. How a model or aspiring model dresses is irrelevant.

Modelling categories are : 1) (All ages) Fitness, Runway, Catalogue, Fashion, Print, Magazine, Advertising, Promotional, Plus Size, Character, Commercial, Editorial, Parts Modelling, Hair, Photographic, Syndication. 2) (All ages but restrictions apply to under 18s) Swimwear, Underwear. 3) (Over 18s only) Alternative, Topless, Glamour nude, Playboy Nude, Concealed Nude, Implied Nude, Art Nude, UK Magazine, US magazine, Continental, Hardcore, Fetish.

Modelling is visual advertising of a product or commodity, either for fashion in the runway, catalogue & fashion catagories, products in commercial, promotional & editorial modelling, or fantasy in the glamour & photographic categories. Acceptance into the industry is not only based on physical features. Agents look for a model`s ability to make a product marketable via the camera & the resultant image. Agencies reject 98% of applications.

The key to any model being accepted by an agency or chosen for modelling assignments is ability, not looks. Many very good looking people are rejected by agencies because they simply cannot model. Many average looking people are signed to agencies because they CAN model.

What does the "dark" in "tall, dark, and handsome" mean?

It means virile and penetrating. There are some dominant traits, such as six toes and a cleft chin, that are not universally sexy, but dark hair and dark eyes are two dominant traits that make a person look ‘dark’ regardless of their actual skin color.Great sexual chemistry and better sex comes in all ages, shades, and sizes. But who would you like to protect you in a fight?Justin Bieber:or Isao Machii?I’d pick Machii at age 44 over Bieber at any age.Which famous movie hustler would you be willing to part with your hard-earned money to have sex with?Jon Voight:or Oded Fehr:Which leader would you feel most comfortable leaving a child unattended with?President Donald Trump?or Prime Minister Justin Trudeau?(I’m not trying to make Justin Trudeau look infinitely better, this was just the scariest photo I could find of him holding a child.)I think this is why the expression is tall, dark, and handsome—not tall, light, and handsome. While everyone is the result of a successful mating, dark hair, eyes, and skin color give the impression of being especially powerful, comforting, secure, and sexy.Images from Google

I want to start acting but my parents won't let me?! :(?

Go for it! You obviously have passion and potential. I'm a teen and I've done plays FOREVER. I LOVE acting! So does my brother and my dad, my mom is a published writer, my cousins play musical instruments, and I am in a chorus group as well. I'm an actress and I flipping know how you feel! I am blessed to have been born into a family that loves the buisness as much as me. If someone tried to hold me back from acting I would go insane. Life is about Living. You only have one! Also some people will tell you a show family is fake or pushy or you know, "stage parents" well mine aren't we ALL love what we do and support eachother. I've always been outgoing since my first preformance in pre-school :) Also I am not spoiled. I'm not a Hollywood "skank" either! lol. I've kissed guys in plays before, and I've cuddled with them. Not all acting is about bad stuff. And you don't have to live in LA or New York. Go to the closest city, research auditions. I live in Chicago so I've done here and St. Louis. I've had offers and have taken some but they ask for money alot and with the economy it's hard. Anyway show you're family that you are responsible and research this some, then sit down with you're parents and tell them you are serious about this being you're career and future. That you have a passion for it and that this is not a phase. Then give them some options on where and what you can audition for. Ask them what there concerns are and then maybe you can finally come to a compromise. I hope this helps! Good luck sweetie!
