How Can I Confirm My Account On A Block Ste

I set up 2-Step Verification. I don't have access to my phone. How do I get into my Gmail account?

It's quite possible that you can't.Enabling 2 step verification is a great security step, one I consistently and strongly recommend, for anyone with a Google Account.Codes and the mobile phone number are not the only ways to authenticate. There are several other ways, if you set it up properly: 2-Step VerificationBut: if you changed/lost your phone number... and you lost the cellphone that had the Authenticator app on it (or never installed it)... and you did not give Google alternate phone numbers... and you did not use a USB security key... and you never registered any computer to “remember” and log in without a 2nd step... and on top of all this, you also lost your downloaded/or printed codes...sorry, but you’re all done.Game over man.

How do I block spam from a single sender with multiple emails? Can I block content instead of one sender?

I've been getting lots of emails from various addresses that are clearly from the same person (or at least, the same spam). What I mean is that the emails may be from "Career4You" at mailer-daemon@pedalposts.com or "NuHouse4You" from mailer-daemon@savetimeshop.com, but the format is the exact same.
All emails have the same address at the bottom: 9128 Strada Place, Ste 10115, Naples FL 34108, so I was wondering if there was a way for me to block this phrase instead.
There's an "unsubscribe here" link, but I'm worried it might be one of those "untrustworthy" links.

Thank you so much for your help!

How can I recieve my Instagram security code sent to my phone number if I don't have my phone?

Did you just ask “How can I receive my Instagram security code sent to my phone number if I don't have my phone?”Do the math (Just don’t misread this and think I said “do the meth”. Meth bad. Math good) - Code sent to phone + Person doesn’t have phone = Person can’t get their security code. It’s real simple UNLESS the code is also sent to an email, in which case… well, get on the nearest laptop/PC you can find and access your email - should be there. However, I’m guessing that this information is useless to you because you’re already trying to access your Instagram, or someone else's Instagram account on a PC and now you’ve hit a wall that you can’t pass.Either way, if you don’t have a phone at all, a Virtual number service like Virtual SIM might be able to help you out. Cheerios.

Why would LinkedIn ask to upload scan copy of my government issued photo ID proof to unrestrict my account? It was restricted for no reason and I don't even send invites. I was just searching jobs through it?

Linkedin is a business and they don't give members a hard time for no reason - you are a pair of eyeballs they are marketing to their advertisers and a listing they are marketing to headhunters, so they only restrict accounts that trigger an automatic safeguard against abuse. So you are asking how that could have happened and what should you do next:If someone hacked into your account and sent a lot of invites to people you don't know, then you may be able to still see some pending invites if you check your list of pending invitations. The next step to take would be to cancel those invites and send customer service the ID they requested. You should also update your password (see below). There are people who do a lot of searching and viewing of profiles on LinkedIn and unless you have a premium account like the ones used by recruiters, at some point LinkedIn may restrict you because they want to guard against people who mine their database of subscribers for commercial purposes. Depending on how much searching and viewing you were doing, this may have exceeded a level that LinkedIn feels is reasonable. Send the requested ID and limit your daily searching to a more reasonable level or get a premium account if you need that level of searching. There are also rules as to what you should put in your profile and in any posts you make. You can see these in the terms of use and rectify any violations.Assuming that that you didn't do anything blatantly wrong, you should change your password to something secure, with at least 10 characters and a mix of upper and lower case letters, numbers and at least 1 special character, and supply customer service with the ID information they requested. (It is proof that you didn't open the account with a bogus name, which is what someone would probably do if they wanted to abuse the LinkedIn web site).

By giving my debit card number, expiry date and CVV, can any site have access to my account? If I block that card and issued a new card then can they debit money from my account?

First, here’s some core information on this that I did some internet searching for, which will answer your basic questions;“The CVV Number ("Card Verification Value") on your credit card or debit card is a 3 digit number on VISA®, MasterCard® and Discover® branded credit and debit cards. On your American Express® branded credit or debit card it is a 4 digit numeric code.Your CVV number can be located by looking on your credit or debit card, as illustrated in the image below:Providing your CVV number to an online merchant proves that you actually have the physical credit or debit card - and helps to keep you safe while reducing fraud.CVV numbers are NOT your card's secret PIN (Personal Identification Number). You should never enter your PIN number when asked to provide your CVV. (PIN numbers allow you to use your credit or debit card at an ATM or when making an in-person purchase with your debit card or a cash advance with any credit card.)CVV numbers are also known as CSC numbers ("Card Security Code"), as well as CVV2 numbers, which are the same as CVV numbers, except that they have been generated by a 2nd generation process that makes them harder to "guess".”Now let me digress to a related subject that may be of help re; security; I only use Debit cards to take money out of an ATM, which also include foreign currency in a foreign country. However, Credit Cards are safer if you’re actually buying something as opposed to just retrieving cash from an ATM. The bill for a credit card purchase takes up to a month to process and when it clears (always have an on line account you can check as needed with any plastic card) you can contest it if it’s a false charge. Banks are very cooperative and favor the customer in these matters nearly always, as I know from many years of direct experience. As an aside, I believe a Credit card should only be used if you can pay off the balance each month, but that’s just me, most people practice otherwise and pay interest.
