How can I control my anger and stress?

I have been through a hell of a lot that make me an uncontrollably angry person. I have no patience to treat others. I have no control over my anger.
My current situation in my life makes me unhappy and sad. Sometimes I burst into tears without any reason. I know my friends got sick of this situation and they can't stand me anymore. In fact I can't stand my self any further.
How can I overcome my anger ? How can I be more patient?

Vaping to control stress...?

-I ask you to please read all of this, this is a serious matter for me-

I am wanting to get a vape pen. I will tell you that I AM 14 years old, something I will not leave out of this. I have been having a lot of stress lately and I have heard that vaping can reduce stress by just sitting back and relaxing while enjoying flavors from their juices that vaporize. Also, I will give you a little background. I have actually been around second-hand smoke all my life, and I think it added up so much (even to this day) that I have been craving cigarettes. I do NOT want to smoke, or have nicotine in my body. If I were to vape, I would get nicotine-free juices. I have done a lot of research on vaping pens (or e-cigs) and there are few problems related. So, what do you think I should do?

The only problems I have heard of vape pens are:
PG can be like antifreeze - not REALLY harmful though ( I would get 100% VG though )
Putting Nicotine directly onto an atomizer in custom builds ( I do not want nicotine )
Battery exploding on a man ( only happend once, and with an E-cig )

How do I control stress about baseball?

I'm a freshman playing highschool baseball, I play outfield and pitch, have my first game coming up and I've been really nervous about it. I'm nervous I'll miss a routine catch, I'll throw bad when pitching, or not wanna swing the bat or swing at bad pitches... I've been doing good at practice working hard, just... Sometimes I get so stressed about thinking about the first game and all, I start feeling sick like I am now, how do I feel better about playing?

Looking for advice or a website, I've tried some websites to boost my confidence but they only work for a Lil while, how do I boosty confidence and be less stressed out???

Air Traffic Control stress?

It is not an easy job. The equipment they work with is pretty old and every once in awhile will fail. The air traffic controller has to be very detailed oriented because so many lives are in his/her hands. They must be organized in keeping the blips on their scope separated because if the blips are too close, then that means the airplanes are flying too close to each other. Also there are a lot more airplanes in the sky than before. If you ever looked at a map which shows a dot for every airplane in the sky, you will be amazed at how many airplanes are flying in a given moment.

Also they sometimes have to deal with crises in the air. For example maybe an airplane has a structural problem or is running low on fuel and needs to make an emergency landing. The air traffic control tower worker needs to move that aircraft to the front of the line so the airplane can land safely. They also must give the pilots correct information so the pilots take-off and land on the correct runway.

Sometimes it can be stressful when dealing with pilots who are from another country and their English is not that good. I was watching a program where a tower employee at JFK International Airport was trying to give a pilot from another country directions to taxi their airplane to the correct gate. After giving the directions, the pilot still was not sure what to do.

Bad weather and or changing weather conditions can also play a role. The same program I was watching dealt with air traffic control tower employees who work at Newark Libery, LaGuardia and JFK International. These 3 airports are really close together and is considered the busiest airspace in the world. When the wind conditions change, airplanes must take-off from different runways. But when that happens, the airports must coordinate with the other airports around them because that would affect how their airplanes take-off and land as well. The tower employees at LaGuardia said that they could see airplanes heading towards JFK and Newark.

What is the best way to control stress? Is it possible to have a stress-free life?

No, but it's likely you don't want a stress-free life.There are two types of stress, eustress and distress, to manage stress you'll need to know what type of stress you're dealing with.Eustress is what they call a “good” stress, the type that drives you to achieve and do things.This stress is what gets you up in the morning and meet deadlines, that lets you know your hardwork and toil is not done in vain.Distress on the other hand is the type of stress that people, ahem, stress over, because you feel like you have no control over it.It is what makes you think life is difficult, that makes you cry when your partner leaves you or when you run out of pudding.We are out of pudding.You can't live life without stress, you will always have some form of one or the other.But now that you have an idea on what eustress and distress are, you can start understanding how to control them.Namely, converting distress into eustress.How? By preparing for distress.If you haven't noticed, the two types are only different by the way you see them, and how they impact yourself.So let's take a scenario that causes distress, such as being fired from your job.It sucks, you're out of money, you need to get back on your feet stat.But! You prepared for this, you have some rainy day savings, you hated your job anyway, time for something new.You're fucked, but you're in peace. You're fucked in peace.Taking in eustress doesn't mean things automatically become better, but rather it gives you a better perspective on how to deal with daily stresses.No amount of meditation or distractions will help you solve your problems, but at least you can see your problems as solvable first.

How is air traffic control stressful?

Mainly, Air traffic control is stressful due to the amount of coordination,
precision and communication between cockpit and tower needed to
orchestrate a take off and landing. Making sure planes are clear to take off and landing. Also making sure that none of the flight paths are interfering with other planes. You are responsible for that plane and something like
miscommunication can be very critical. That what makes it sort of stressful. The Air Force is a great place to learn that because they will give you all the training necessary and once you decide to go back into the civilian world, you can take that experience with you if you decide you want to continue with that career.

How can I control my stress related to my friends?

Don't involve in their personal matters, neither let them into yours. Keep a certain and constant distance between them and yourself. You know your friends, and if you think they are not worth your time at all, you could cut off completely for your own sake. My personal experience is saying this. It's better to stay away and maintain your peace rather than messing your mind.
