How Can I Control The Burden While Workout

My dog ate my birth control. Will he have any effects?

You did the right thing by calling the vet.

He may be a bit tired all the time for a day or two, but it is ok. My dog did something similar when he was about a year old. He ate an entire month supply of orthonovum.

He was fine... and i did not have to worry about him getting pregnent for the month. ;-)

I always feel burdened because of few things and feel stress all the time. How can I reduce this burden?

We stress because we are afraid of failure and/or because we can’t control the future. It is important to let go and accept that we can’t always control everything. What we can control however is the way we think. Is there any possible safe way to loose fat and control weight gain during pregnancy?

You should not diet while you are pregnant, however you can eat healthy and make healthy choices throughout the day that will keep you from gaining a lot of extra weight. Don't give in to those cravings for ice cream, cookies, and pizza! Also, there are a lot of great workout for pregnant women to participate in. Check your video store, or look online. I know there is a great yoga workout for pregnant women out there. If you are wanting to lose fat while your pregnant, you need to talk to your doctor before anything!!!

Will going off birth control help me lose weight?

No really cuz if you go off birth control...your gunna get pregnant,,so you will gain about 40-80 pounds!!~Rachel
