You will continue to have this problem with the Yahoo! Profile until you turn age 18 or create a new account. I recommend that you try the instructions here regarding updating the birth date -- http://help.yahoo.com/kb/index?page=cont... . Then, attempt to change your Yahoo! Profile after 30 to 45 days. Otherwise, creating a new account may be your only immediate option.
How do I find my Yahoo answer to delete or edit when there is 29,413 answers ?
I know where to see my answers in my profile here: https://answers.yahoo.com/activity/answers but to actually delete or edit my own answer requires me to click on the actual question posted by another person and that brings up 29,413 answers under the question. I would have to search through 29,413 answers to find my own answer and that's too many to have to search through. What do I do?

Yes, in addition to what Heather Jedrus said we can see edits to questions and answers by looking at the log for a particular question. You can do that by adding /log to the end of the url.For instance the log for this question is https://www.quora.com/Will-peopl...I often look at this to see if a question has changed from the original or to see who asked the question. It is quite common for people to make edits. I often find typos, or think of something I’ve left out, after I’ve hit the submit button, so I edit frequently.
I can't change my profile picture?
Try using different Browser (Firefox, Chrome, ...) and please tell me if it is fixed, because I have the same problem. BTW. I've used Firefox but the same problem. I can't even switch to my newly created avatar. I've posted a question to Yahoo customer care and waiting for an answer. Note. I've followed all the steps mentioned here and still the same problem, I've noticed a javascript error "YAHOO is undefined". We need Yahoo support. BTW. It is fixed now with new profile update. Thanks to Yahoo.

First, create a 360 space at http://360.yahoo.com . While logged into a yahoo service (mail, answers, whatever), type 360.yahoo.com in your web browser's address field (or just type 360 in a Yahoo! toolbar). Start creating your 360 space from there. Click the BIG YELLOW "Get Started" BUTTON on the far right section of that page! After that, you can log in by by clicking on the teeny tiny "Sign-in" button on the upper left of the page. Then, the page refreshes and click on the teeny tiny "Yahoo 360 Home" link on the upper right of the page to get into the 360 space. Make sure a JPEG formatted photo (with .jpg, .jpeg, .jpe extension) under 5MB is saved to your hard drive. - Click your "My Page" link at the top - Click "Edit Profile Photos" over the empty picture frame - Click "Browse" and upload photo into an empty field. Then click one "use as primary" radio button on the right before saving. You can't upload more than 4 profile pictures (this includes an avatar). Make sure that you are following the 360 Personal Photo guidelines here: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/360/gui... . Then, come back to Yahoo! Answers. Click the "My Profile" link to the upper right of this Yahoo! Answers page, then click "Edit My Info" in the top left box on the Answers profile page.
