1. Have a limit on what you eat. It’s alright to dig in and eat the food you enjoy but have a limit and try not to over eat.


2. Don’t be picky on what you eat. You can’t eat meat all the time, you got to throw some fruits and vegetables in there. Try to follow the food pyramid.


3. Drink water. Water is very important to your body and you got to keep yourself hydrated.


4. Don’t deprive yourself. You don’t have to cut the food you love out of your life just because it’s bad for you. Just limit the amount of it you eat.

5. Take one step at a time. Don’t think you can change your eating habit all at once, its call a habit for a reason.

1. Take your time eating. You be surprise that you are not that hungry at all.

3. Try to avoid boredom and stress. When people get bored or stress they eat, pick up a hobby it help get rid of stress and kills the boredom.


4. Don’t miss a meal. Not eating is one of the worst things you can do for your body. Your body store fat when you don’t eat.


5. Eat more and never eat late. Eating smaller meal keeps you full. Never eat late cause most people are not so active at night and you won’t burn off the calories you take in.

You don't say your height or whether you are a guy or gal. To be totally successful, you need to take it slow and easy on losing or you will gain it all back and then some when you resume your eating after all the work of losing.

Start with eating a balanced diet of measured amounts of meat, veggies, fruits, whole grain breads and low fat milk. Drink water. No fruit juice, Gatorade or sodas. Try to eliminate oils, fats, butter, margarine, mayonnaise, fast food, fried foods and junk foods. Have fruit or veggies between meals instead of junk.

I have finished school, but I'm already bored and have lost all my motivation. Any tips?

I finished school 4 weeks ago, and was expecting the extra-long holidays to be really good fun, but already I'm bored! I've been out with friends etc, but I still can't get rid of this lazy, "can't be bothered to do anything that involves getting up from this computer" type feeling. I think this has happened because I have lost the routine associated with going to school every day (ie. waking up at a certain hour, having work to be getting on with etc), and now I have lost that, I don't know what to do with myself! I had plenty of ideas on how to put all my free time to good use (ie. exercise more, try to find a job etc etc) but it's just not working due to my total lack of enthusiasm, even though I try to be enthusiastic... I'm finding it difficult.
Any help on how to motivate myself again, or just tips on how to feel less bored and lazy would be really great! I just feel like I'm stuck in a rut and would really appreciate some help getting out of it! Thanks! :)
