Why do i feel happy after sex?
There's a chemical your body releases during sex called endorphins. They're pretty much the reason you get the euphoric feeling after sex. They're also released during exercise, that's why usually after a good work out, you're in a good mood.
Why do i feel calmer and happier after praying?
Its just like meditating. God has nothing to do with it. In fact, just do an experiment. Try praying to Joe Pesci for a week instead of God. You won't notice any difference.
Why do I feel happy all of a sudden?
I feel very free today. I'm very happy. I don't know. Anything can provoke me to laugh and smile. :) Why is that? I"m a 17 year old girl. Do I have mood swings or something? I felt absolutely miserable in the past. Maybe, its the weather up North? :)
