How Can I Film A Joker Vid In Public

Is Impractical jokers fake?

I love this show a lot. Theres not a whole lot of shows I watch but this one is awesome. But I've noticed some things that lead me to believe its fake. I don't know the specific episodes, but I've seen the same woman in I think 3 episodes, and the same guy in 2 episodes, also there are some camera angles that don't belong, which look like they were put there specifically for a prank they were going to do. For example, when they do the prank where they are working on the Boardwalk behind the counter serving food, and they tell Sal to throw a chicken nugget right behind this guy, theres a camera that was put there that doesn't show any of the jokers, but looks like it was put there specifically for that ONE prank. Any thoughts on this?

Why do many girls find the Joker character from the Suicide Squad movie to be irresistible?

The Joker of Suicide Squad is completely different from the comics. They don’t show that the Joker use to abuse and despise Harley. I bet if girls see that, they would stop being in love with him. Why they don’t show that? because there would be tons of complains, it would be a mess in public relations for Warner. Let’s remember the huge scandal that happened with the last x-men movie, where an ad showed Mystique being strangled by Apocalypse:Fox Apologizes for ‘Insensitive’ ‘X-Men’ Ad Showing Mystique Being StrangledOk, so what kind of Joker do we see in SS movie? He is a bad ass, nobody mess with him, he does what he pleases, has power, money, is a leader between his people and (the most important) he cares Harley, he really loves her.I don’t know about you, but it sounds like a list of qualities that women look in a man, specially the young ones who feel attracted to bad boys (cliche!).Why women like bad boys? well, that deserves another question page in Quora, but basically is because the way they make them feel. Nothing repels more a woman that a boring man.

Why didn't Mark Hamill voice the Joker in Batman: Under the Red Hood?

Having a different cast has often been an easy way for the public to distinguish a film as being a separate entity from a previously established line of films or stories. DC had spent years on their "DC Animated Universe" tying in several TV Shows and animated films (Batman: The Animated Series, Justice League Unlimited, Batman: Mask of the Phantasm, etc.) where all of those stories were interconnected. More often than not the same voice actors were used across the various stories (with a few exceptions, but even in those cases, "soundalike" voices were used in replacement). Then DC starts to put out stories that do not fit the tone or story arc of the DCAU (seeing as in that universe, Jason Todd's turn as Robin was completely skipped, going from Dick Grayson to Tim Drake). The catch is they were releasing said stories in a similar medium (direct to video). A casual fan not knowing about the concept of the DCAU or the lack of adhering to it in this instance, may very well see Under the Red Hood and wonder if it is supposed to happen before or after Mystery of the Batwoman. By changing the cast, the art style, etc., the film has a better chance of standing on its own as its own story, not tied to the DCAU.I personally love Mark Hamill's work as the Joker, but letting a new actor put their "spin" on a role may lead to a great interpretation. No one really "saw" Heath Ledger as the Joker before 2008, nor did anyone really see Hamill as such before 1992.

What is the origin of The Joker?

The Joker in the comic was never really given an origin. The most popular one to look into is "The Killing Joker" in which he tells a story of a failed comedian who's pregnant wife dies, and take a chemical bath turning his face white and hair green. He also says that he likes his past to be "multiple choice."

In The Dark Knight, Christopher Nolan wanted this Joker to be an "absolute" like the shark in Jaws, he is what he is without a back story. What we can get from how the Joker acts and says in the movie is he's a criminal genius who's not above taking off his make-up (as evident in the "shooting the mayor" scene). He somehow (which he constantly lies about to fit the occasion as shown in the Gamble and Rachael scenes) got scarred which further deranged his already disturbed mind bent on anarchy and chaos and turned him into a freak. The appearance of Batman in Gotham inspires him ("you complete me" and shown at the end of Batman Begins) to take things to new limits and change things forever taking Gotham out of the hands of mobsters into hands of freaks like him and Batman. We can assume Joker was putting on the make-up before he went to Gotham in inspiration as his card at the end of Begins shows he's already chosen his gimmick. I believe he was causing crimes before The Dark Knight, but going along with the theme of esculation, he went into a whole new level pushing Batman and himself to new levels (you won't kill me out of some misplaced idea of self-righteousness, and i won't kill you, because you're just too much fun!").

Could I stream a public domain movie on my twitch tv account?

I understand that streaming a film with copyright holders is illegal and wrong. But I figured that public domain movies are just that--they HAVE no copyright holders, and as such all that DMCA stuff might not be as relevant. Anyone that has experience with Twitch, I'd really appreciate an answer. Thanks!

Has the Joker ever figured out Batman's secret identity? If so, what happened as a result?

Canonically? No. But in the Injustice Storyline (made popular by the video game), where the Joker begins targeting Superman and easily snaps his mind, Superman is later induced with a hypnotic dream-like state in which he sees what it would have been like if the Justice League would have stopped the Joker before nuking Metropolis and killing Lois Lane. In the emotional climax resulting from the near-catastrophe, Superman accidentally refers to Batman as “Bruce” in front of the Joker. The Joker immediately catches on, claiming that that fact changes everything, but he’d still be focusing more on Superman. Later, on his way to drop Joker off at Arkham Asylum, with the Joker gloating over his near-victory and how he nearly broke Superman without even succeeding in his pan, Batman quickly turns and snaps Joker’s neck. He then drives to the GCPD, where he turns himself in. We later see Clark Kent visiting Bruce Wayne at Blackgate Prison, where they talk about Clark and Lois’s daughter, and Bruce explains that he did it to save Clark and his family. Clark then walks through the divider between them to hug Bruce, then they go their separate ways.So that’s the story. The “How It Should Have Ended” by Evil Superman.

Jack Nicholson Joker vs Heath Ledger Joker?

Heath Ledger's Joker > Jack Nicholson's Joker.
Heath just played the part flawlessly. I agree with Haute. He made the Joker look intimidating, sarcastic and clever.
And imagine if you saw both of them out in public? If i saw Heath's Joker out somewhere I'd think "Holy Sh!t that dude has problems.." he's definitely be somebody i woudn't just freely approach. Nicholson's Joker however, if i saw him out in public somewhere I'd probably ask him if he'd come to my kid's birthday party. lol. he's definitely not scarier than Heath's joker.

Do they really pull off the pranks on people in Impractical Jokers, or is it a scripted show with knowing participants?

I can't speak for the 'realness' of the actual pranks, however from what I've read they sound real. However, they've openly admitted that the format is faked. They film multiple bits over and over and just edit it with the best bits. They'll deliberately hand pick which bits to show to determine that weeks loser. Punishments are filmed independently of the episodes and are just attached to the ones where the appropriate person loses.I worked at a place where they held a singles night, and the guys were there filming. The reactions from people were genuine, and I recognized most of the attendants as locals, so I doubt they plant people in the audienceAdditionally, a lot of stuff is cut. On at least two occasions they mentioned the punishments going upwards of an hourish (Sal as a Psychich and Q's giving sex ed to his parents) and the leaked footage of the Imagine Dragons show was much longer then what went to air. There is also likely pick up shots done and editing done to deliberately play up reactions and that sort of thing, but that's speculation. In the early seasons, you could clearly see the cameras in visible spots in crowds, with the Jokers holding microphones clearly communicating with the person doing the 'pranks'.Finally, many people probably gather it's a joke early on and roll with it. For example, using Imagine Dragons again, many videos leaked on YouTube from people in the crowd. Everyone knew it was a joke pretty quickly, many people even cheering and clapping if you can find some of these vids on YouTube. However, it was presented on the show to give the illusion that everyone thought it was real for longer then was actually the case. A few people posted in a similar thread awhile back that they were on focus groups, recognised them, and played along so they could get on TV. Out of the four people they talked with, only one of them didn't know it was a show, but were informed by the Redditor who posted this anyway. So lot's of people that recognise them will pretend not too as well. So, the content is probably real, the presentation is manipulated. Still a funny show.
