How do I find my father whom I've never met?
I made some half-hearted attempts to find my biological father while I was growing up and in my early adult years. At some point, I realized that having a father was not really going to help me with the issues I had in my life. I was just going to have to keep going on my own.My daughter found my biological father by getting involved in genealogy after she became a member of the LDS church (Mormon for non-Utahns).I have no idea how she did it, but she did. So, I believe I was 47 or 48 when I was introduced to my father through email. I also met my older brother and sister, also through email. I wrote a couple of letters to a couple of uncles, but nobody really caught on to the whole “long-lost relative” thing. They did not miss me or wonder what ever happened to me. They didn’t even know my name.I met my father in person once, and he has sent a couple of letters. I occasionally exchange emails with my sister and brother.Having a father has not really helped me with the issues I have in my life. I have my people; he has his. I am just going to have to keep going on my own.If you really want to find your biological father, ask yourself what you expect to get out of the relationship. Is it likely to dramatically change your life? Ask yourself why he is gone. What would he want from the relationship?Missing biological dads are not usually anything like we imagine them to be. In my case, he just drifted off and never got around to checking back in. Sometimes it is because the mom was too scary to confront for visitation rights; sometimes it is because the dad just didn’t care enough to try.If you still want to find him, though, you could try diving into genealogy. What do I do? My father has ruined me!?
My dad opened up a restaurant and bar, about 2 months into it he ran out of capitol. With me having good credit he wanted to use my name for the loans. I wanted to help him so I proceeded. I signed the loans for him but they needed me to be the owner of the business. So my dad has me sign to be owner, which I regrettably did. I told him that he needed a partner to help run his business so he found one. My father told me “good news, I’m paying the loans off early.” I said that’s great. Well thing is, he stopped paying the loans and got a new LLC. He claimed that my business closed, and him and his partner just took over. He’s claiming that to not be responsible for paying the loans back. I found out a whole 2 months later. What do I do??? I’m trying to find a lawyer to help save my credit.

Your father's father's last name should be Morfin and his mother's last name would be Valencia. If he had any brothers or sisters, they would also have the last name "Morfin Valencia." I found two hits - 1) Audel (or Andel) Morfin Valencia, who was arrested by authorities for alleged drug trafficking in Jalisco. And 2) Aaron Morfin Valencia, who is a respected biologist/scientist who works for INIFAP - the National Institute for Investigations of Forests, Agriculture and Fishing. My suggestion would be for you to send a message to Aaron Morfin Valencia and ask whether he is related to your father. How can I get my father to bathe?
My father has alzheimers and it's nearly impossible to get him to bathe. Despite our constantly trying to get him into the shower, debating with him etc.. etc.. etc.. he refuses. He just comes up with all kinds of excuses why not to and the more we try to get him into the shower the more he digs his heels in and gets stubborn. HOW in the world do I get this man to take a shower? Being nice and gentle about it does nothing. Trying to "fool" him into it (as some experts advise) does nothing. I'm 'thinking of spraying him with harmless water just to get him out of the chair and into the bath. We are at our wits end.
