How to gain weight quickly?

I have been underweight all my life and tried basically every weight gain powder out there, so I understand where you're coming from--believe me! The only thing that has worked for me is Ensure Plus or Boost Plus. They are sold in places like shoppers drug mart or anywhere there is a pharmacy (like grocery stores with a pharmacy, etc.) Each can/bottle has 355 calories. Thanks to drinking these I have gained 25 pounds..All the ohter powders out there that apparently have way more calories than these ensures or boosts have never worked for me.
But here is the key:
They are called meal replacements, but rather than drinking the Ensure as a replacement I ADD it to my meals. I drink 2 per day, so one with breakfast and then one right before I go to bed so it doesnt make me too full to eat since its' the last thing i do before brushing my teeth lol. In the past I had even done 3/day at times and had the extra one with lunch. The key to gaining weight is adding at least 500 calories/day than what you normally eat.. so by drinking 2 Ensures you are adding 710 calories/day to your diet.
Both Boost Plus and Ensure Plus are about $12 for 6, so it can add up when you are drinking 2 a day. Make sure you get the ones that say "plus calories" because the regular ones don't have as many calories. I personally prefer the taste of Boost and find it thinner so easier to take, but my sister prefers Ensure so it's really a personal preference.

Good luck! It took a couple months to gain the first 17 and then after that it's been slower. I also suggest taking a multivitamin each day because I really think that has helped my crazy fast metabolism stabilize itself a little better.

Obviously, eating a lot will do it. But be sure to eat a wide variety of foods. The days of only eating “Mac&Cheese” (spelled as one word for effect) is done. Now it the stage of life when your taste buds should have an apprecation for new and diffeent tastes. It is nature’s way of getting your to improve your nutrition state. Eat those things your mother tried to get you to eat.After that a teen really neeeds to be physicslly active. This is the very best time of your life (and easiest) to grow some muscles that will last you a life time.The other thing is as you have probably noticed: “you really need to get some sleep”. It is when your body does all it’s growing and maintenance (my humble opnion).

However, for your body to perform for such a long period of time, it needs to be properly hydrated, so that's why the boxers drink lots of liquids before fight night.

Oh boy are you in luck.One word… ‘Gomad’Gomad stands for ‘Gallon Of Milk A Day’ - the concept is simple, you drink 1 gallon of milk a day for however long you want. Usually most sources online advocate about 25 days to a month, in the past I have done it for a whopping 3 months.I didn't just drink milk either, I've eaten normal food along side it. If you really want to be impressed (if that's what you want to call it haha) I did 1 gallon and 1 pint. A gallon of here in the UK is about 7 pints of milk, however when we buy milk you can get them in 1 pint, 2 pints, 4 pints and 6 pint quantities so I just drank 2 x 4 pints a day. Super cheap as the total cost was about £14 a week and I didn't even need to eat proper food because the 8 pints filled me up a lot.Now I don't advocate just drinking milk, it would pay ALOT to work out a long side drinking the milk. If you're looking for weight gain. Look at learning how to squat, 3x5 every other day and MILK. My god your gains/weight/strength will shoot through the roof.Here is a picture of how I used to look a couple of years ago…I'm on the right. am not going to bring you tips since i got the same problem as you are. but not that bad :)1. some people (including my wife ) said that you must have a brave heart to stop by yourself, because no one will stop you. no one will always on your side. this is self control.2. find someone who understand about exercise and healthy food. ask him, make him as your friend.exercise is about to burn your fat, calories. what is the best steps to start so it won't hurt you. if running is too hard, you can try mine: bicycling.healthy food is about to control how many calories you should intake. 3. find colony which have the same willingness to stop the bad habit.but most of all is the point number 1 above, self control ( + knowledge).

I'm 5 ft and 1 inch..I go to the doctor every week and the doctors want me to be 90 pounds. Right now I am 82 pounds and I don't want to waste my time going to the doctor every week. I've been trying to gain weight but nothing seems to be working. I'm very sorry about your loss. I'm 15 as well and know how it feels to lose someone close. But over time it will get better I promise. You are upset which is understandable. One of my best friends died a year ago from anorexia. I've seem first hand how an eating disorder can distroy your life as well as thoughs around you. I'm glad that you have beaten bulimia. First step in the right direction. The stress you are under may be making you gain weight. Depending on how long you have been birth control it shouldn't make you gain weight unless you just got on it. When you are hungry try to eat a healthier snack. One thing I love is Nature Valley granola thins. They have chocolate on the back and are really good. And only 80 calories :) Go for a walk. Take the time to clear your head on walks. Join a sport you enjoy. One really good way to lose weight is find a Zumba class in your area. Me and my friends take one once a week together and it's fun but still a way to keep in shape. Don't be to hard on yourself with the weight. I know that's hard since you just got over an eating disorder but try to understand you are going through a tough time. The number on the scale shouldn't matter. What should matter is if you are happy with yourself. Easier said than done but still. Stay away from the scale. And if you start to feel upset or anything just think of your friend and know that she is looking down on you and wouldn't you to feel sad because she is gone. She would want you to continue on with your life. I'm not saying forget her as that can never happen but slowly start to pick yourself back and up and vow to get better for her.
