Untoned body or fat?? Help?

Hi,
I don't know what the difference is between an untoned body and fat.
My belly is in the morning flat, but it looks untoned, but before I go to bed my belly is really fat. I also have really fat legs, I hate them, and my arms are flabby, but my face looks thin. I'm 160 cm (5'2) and weigh 50,7 kg (111 pounds). Do I need to lose more fat or just tone my body??

anyone can get a six pack. it all has to do with your bodyfat percentage. you usually have to have like less than 10% body fat for your six pack to really shine too.

Skinny body but chubby face?

I'm a 5'1, 88-pound female teenager. I'm aware I'm skinny, a bit underweight for my height, yet I eat a fairly healthy diet, no soda, and very little salt. In fact, my diet mostly consists of water, cereal, meat, grapefruits and vegetables, around 2,000-3,000 calories per day. I am a visibly skinny person - thigh gap, visible hip bones, etc. However, I'm very displeased with my face. It's round, and chubby in appearance. I know this isn't my actual bone structure, since I can lift the "flab" to see where my jaw line and cheekbones actually are, and I want to figure out how to make my actual bone structure more prominent and defined. To simply try to describe my face, the "flab" goes over my cheekbones, and around my cheeks, making them appear chubby and my cheekbones non-existent. It makes my jaw appear very rounded in the places you'd typically be able to easily see someone's jawline. It can also give me the appearance of a double chin, since as I stated, it makes my jaw round, and the "flab" in a way simply becomes rounded beneath my jaw and chin. I'm very bothered by my face, and want to know what I can do to make my bone structure more prominent and lose this excess fat or skin on my face. Also, losing weight all-over is not an option, as I am already slightly underweight.

How do I lose face fat and slim it down? plz help?

my body is slim but my face make me look like im overweight, and its really bothering me. I REALLY want to find a way to make my face slimmer, and Im exploring all options. Does anyone have any advice for me?

btw I tried diet and exercise, somehow it doesnt work. diet is not a permanent solution and I dont want to be unhealthy. exercise...well it makes my face bloated whenever i sweat right after workout...and then i get hungry. also, its NOT genetics because my face used to be slim until i gained some weight and lost it but the face fat never went away. also, whenever i pig out my face is always the first place to gain fat. so now Im just so frustrated

i heard less sodium intake might help? but im that kind of person get hungry easily and if im not eating, i get moody. so does anybody have any advice for me on slimming it down and get rid of the face fat? mostly its below the cheeks and besides the mouth area.
