There isn’t much room to wiggle in now. “Hitler” made the economy grow, Hispanics and blacks have there highest wages ever, and blue collar wages are rising faster than white collar wages. Kim Jong Un went to the bargaining table—someplace no one else got him to. NAFTA was replaced. The USAis tiring of thousands of people coming here demanding we give them money and taking care of them all while they are waving the flag of another country, or flat out sick of the additional crime we get from those illegal immigrants.It seems that daily accusations that have been easily proven untrue have also damaged possibly true accusations. It may be difficult to understand, but at a certain point, “MAGA” will just be memorabilia explained on a pawn shop reality show.So the question is, how can Trump improve how history views his administration?Easy: Make smarter decisions. When the Washington Post polled Americans, they spilt the respondents into 3 groups: those who strongly identify with the GOP, those who identify as Republican but not strongly, and independents who lean toward the Republican Party. “93%” is the first group, who make up less than 20% of likely voters.As for the “52%”, That was a Rasmussen poll back in February. Funny thing, if you were to stipulate those who strongly approve, Trumps never done better than around 42% in the poll.Just remember, Trump isn’t all that concerned about the truth. In fact, he’s happy to tell you all about his philosophy. “I play to people’s fantasies. People may not always think big themselves, but they can still get very excited by those who do. That’s why a little hyperbole never hurts. People want to believe that something is the biggest and the greatest and the most spectacular. I call it truthful hyperbole. One would think that would be grounds for impeachment: lying to Americans about his country of birth, and becoming president when he didn't qualify. I do want to make a note: I am neither conservative nor republican. I was never one of those crazed birthers either. I never once believed Obama was born elsewhere until he made that statement a few months ago. I'm an independant voter who is more of a leftist than Obama I would say. Really, Obama isn't even a leftist, in global politics at least. In America he's considered one, but globally he's quite conservative, as are the republicans and democrats both in general. Anyways, I'm going off topic of my question, feel free to ignore this part.

“His” would be standard English. “Neither” is the subject of the sentence and is considered singular.Colloquially, “their” is probably OK when you are not trying to fit in with educated people, like most of us usually don’t bother to do. Also, as a practical matter, many of us would use “their” if the sentence began, “Neither of the people,” since we don’t know the gender(s) of the people. These days we often use “they” and “their” as a workaround to make a statement gender neutral.
