How Can I Get My Baby To Sleep All Night Iv Tryed Everything Im Going Crazy.

My daughter won't stop crying! I'm 14 and have tried everything?

I am so disgusted reading the comments from others regarding this poor girls question. The people who are putting this girl down or who are giving nasty comments should be ashamed of themselves. Have none of you ever had a baby cry uncontrollably? Have none of you ever felt helpless? Well let me tell you that age has nothing to do with it nor does being immature or not listening in birth classes. I am 28 years old, married and I am a NICU nurse. You would think I knew everything about babies! That was until I had my own baby!!! My baby screamed uncontrollably with severe colic for 2 months and the thing that may have tipped me over the edge was if I had have got on this chat and asked some of you fools for advice!!! People commit suicide you know and hurt their babies because of a lack of support. All this poor girl wants is a little bit of support from strangers as it seems she doesnt have much support at home. And the person who is lecturing her about not having sex at 14... well dont you think you are a bit late in lecturing her about that now!!!! I hope it made you feel better about yourself to insult her!
I think you need to take your baby to the doctor. It will also give you a chance to talk to the doctor about yourself. If you are at a point where you cant handle it anymore or you think she is really unwell it may be an idea to call emergency services. Do you have a neighbour who can come over and be with you or assist you. It sounds like you have tried everything possible to comfort your baby and none of it is working. It does sound to me like colic! Babies can have periods of colic for the entire day it is not just restricted to late at night. If it is colic I can tell you I have been through it terribly and it was the worst thing imaginable for all of our family. The only thing that actually worked for my daughter was a chiropractor! I was very sceptical but it was my last resort and as soon as the chiropractor manipulated her neck a little she was a different baby. I know it may just be a 1 off for us and not everyone beleives it but it worked for us. Possibly something to look into.

Why do I always have dreams during sleep every night? I am so tired when l wake up in the morning. Are there some ways to stop it, and is it bad for my body?

What Taylor B wrote totally describes my dream issue. I wake up tired and I find the need to take an afternoon nap to refresh. I’ve been having crazy dreams since high school. It wakes me up in the middle of the night. I became sensitive to caffeine because I was so dependent on it to get through my day. I’ve talked to everyone I know and I seem to be the only one that has vivid dreams at night. They say your mind process things during your dream state. Your subconscious gets to speak out in metaphors. To remedy my issues, I’ve tried the following: a hypnotherapist for guided meditations/ imagery journies. I noticed before bed, that my jaw/ face is always tense. Tension sleeping can cause intense dreams. As for medication, I’ve done so much google searches because I want to avoid prescription meds. I went the holistic route and tried a bunch of different herbs like ginseng, ashwagandha, valerian. What I find that works best is Phosphatidylserine, MRM brand. It’s an amino acid. I take the lowest dose 100mg a day. That helped a lot with my stress and anxiety and tense muscles. It actually gave me the best sleep of my life the first week that I took it. I was recommended to do Bufo Alvarius by an acupuncturist to clear your subconscious and any traumas. It’s something you smoke. You are not your body anymore, you physically die and it clears your energy field. I don’t think I’m ready for that yet. I have the most energy at night and I can’t relax. I’m thinking it could be a hormone imbalance. I’m currently working with a DO on leveling my hormones. One naturopath doctor told me I have adrenal fatigue due to low cortisol and another doctor said I don’t because I’m still within the range. I’m 31 and felt like I’ve tried everything. I still have intense dreams and still trying to find an answer. I will try praying at night. Thanks for sharing and good luck !

Babysitting-the baby will not go to sleep i've tried EVERYTHING!!?

Is the baby crying or just won't fall asleep? Are you giving the baby enough time to fall asleep? It doesn't happen instantly...

You are not mom or Dad and the baby may be uncomfortable with you. The baby may just stay awake.

By the way I'd probably be pretty upset if my sitter was on-line and not watching my kid...

My brain goes crazy and has too many running thoughts at night when I try to sleep. Is this a disorder?

I go through that when I am anxious about something - personal or professional. It's an anxiety-related issue that I've heard called "racing thoughts." My son has ADHD and has that issue when he's trying to sleep. His brain won't shut off. And although I don't have ADHD I did have trouble falling asleep as a child; it always took me at least an hour and was just what I considered normal. Two things:-- if it isn't interfering with a normal life for you, I'd say it isn't really a disorder. We all have "things." If they get in the way of life and living, then you need to address them. Otherwise, don't worry about it.-- I started falling asleep more quickly when I started a regular exercise program. In addition to drawing down my restlessness and energy, it decreases my stress levels which lowers any anxiousness from life and whatnot.  And I sleep faster and deeper. Note that exercise doesn't have to be intense, just at least 30 minutes of cardio.Good night and sleep tight! :)

HELP!! 6 week old baby fussy every night same time?

My kids were the same. Only thing you can do really is just make her as comfortable as possible and enjoy this stage. Make sure all her needs are met then rock her to sleep. Soon she'll be past this stage and on to the next. My daughter had colic and would cry ALL the time. I was going nuts. I changed bottles, gas drops, burped more, fan, music, swings, bouncy chairs, vibrating chairs, car rides.. everything. Nothing worked. But she eventually grew up a little bit more and grew out of it. You just have to be patient and soon this will pass. Goodluck and congratulations on the little one =)

Does getting 15 extra minutes of sleep at night really make a difference?

I have a lot of trouble getting enough sleep during school, due to a crazy schedule. I sleep as late as I can, but because of that, in the mornings I'm always running round like a crazy person trying to get ready. Right now I wake up at 6:15, 40 minutes before the bus comes, and I've been thinking about setting my alarm to 6:00 instead, to give myself a few extra minutes. The thing is, I don't want to do that if loosing those 15 minutes will really make a difference to how tired I feel. Oh, and I'm a 13 year old girl... idk if thats really relevant, but I think it might be.

My baby is driving me crazy. HELP?

lol. lots of parents go through this. sometimes babies just need to cry. and of course you would never spike your babies milk. i got the joke. i've said it before too. if the baby needs to steam off let her cry. she will be ok. and it won't last forever...hold in there.

I feel like I'm going crazy. What should I do?

Whenever you or anyone else is “feeling” like that - it is because:You are unable to silence the noise in your mindThere are too many external signals which are affecting you. Here is a question for you to think about. When you are sleeping or you are in deep sleep - do you feel like you are going crazy? The answer without a doubt is - No.You can ask anyone and everyone this question and the answer will still remain the same - a total and emphatic ‘NO’. For that matter have you ever watched a noisy crazy hyper-active baby when it is sleeping? One of the most beautiful sights you can ever see.Reason being:The mind and body is relaxingThere are no external stimuli that communicate to the bodyThe internal communication is switch offThere is no communication from inside to outsideThink about this for a second. And now I want you to picture this.Someone in deep state of meditation or trance. What do you picture?Do you picture something hyper? fast? out of control? disturbing?Or do you sense a feeling of serene, tranquil and silent peace?Of course - you know the answer this…And to date - I have never met anyone who meditates or who lives a life devoid of stimulation - going crazy.Have you?So now coming to your questionWhy do you feel crazy? It can be a whole host of reasons. So why you are going crazy? It can be because of all the external signals that are bombarding youSocial MediaMoviesMusicEmailsFriendsFamilyWorkTravelPeopleIt can be because of your lifestyleToo less sleepToo much milk, sugar, carbs, artificial or processed foodsToo many stimulantsIt can be because of so many factors.Sometimes even something as small yet very powerful factor like “money” can be a major factor. So what you need to do is - step away from all the chaos and confusion and ask yourself - what is happening. Be aware of what is happening and slow down.So if I were you - I wouldn’t ask myself “Why am I going crazy”Rather I would ask myself - How can I find peace or be more relaxed?Because with the former question, you are finding out all the ways to go fuel the fire of being ‘crazy’ but with the second question, you are looking at ways to eliminate what is driving you mad - and see happiness, peace, calm and achieve a sense of serenity.I hope you find the right answer to the right question and find peace.Loy Machedo

How do I get a really good night's sleep? I never sleep through the night. I've tried all I know to remedy

I have had problems almost exactly like yours. I started drinking a glass of milk just before bed, which really helps me. Also, I have an earphone radio near my bed that is tuned to soft listening music. When my brain won't shut down I listen to the music and drift off to sleep. Good luck, I know how troublesome this can be.
