How Can I Get Ready For A Day At A Water Park And Feel/look Good

What kind of hairstyle would be good for a waterpark?

I'm planning on going to the Blizzard Beach waterpark this week with some of my friends. The problem is, I usually avoid getting my hair wet a lot. For instance, at pool parties, I don't swim. And, I don't go to the beach. The problem is that when my hair gets wet, it get's wavy and frizzy. My friend suggested I bring leave-in conditioner and wear it up, but I thought I'd ask for your guys' advice :)

My hair is medium length, dark brown/black, with bangs. I usually straighten it, but unstraightened, it's an uneven wavy/curly/straight... and thick.

I understand it's "just a waterpark" and that everyone's not going to look their best, but I just want some advice on how I might want to wear my hair. Thank you in advance!!

What should I wear to a water park? (hair and makeup too)?

I have a cute bikini and I love plus it isn't skakish :) Some of my friends are wearing a really tight spaghetti string top over there's but one is really skinny and ones a bit chubby their both beautiful though., I was wondering if I should I'm petite but am not exactly really skinny or tubby I don't like the feeling of clothes on while I'm wet but will i look odd if i don't?

My hair is a whole other story! It's really long and naturally blondish, brownish, reddish, plus itsStraightt thin andFlatt as a board! i usually get the curl/wavy look everyday using alot of hairspray but i have afeeling that it will get wet obviouslyy :p) so should I just leave it down, cuz i dont like to put it up or anything like that

MAKEUP! Everyday i wear foundation and make it lookNaturall, with long lashes, skin tonee matchingeyeshadoww, little whiteeyelinerr (to make my eyes appear larger) Everything is waterproof except the foundation! I use LOREALTRUE MATCHH and Idon'tt now if it will withstand some water, should i wear it or just use my LORAC WET/DRY POWDER as light foundation?

Thanks (I know i write way to much and need to stop worrying!) Oh well, ;p

I'm going to a water park... feel self conscious.?

okay. This experience will only suck if you let it. Try your best to be confident through it. But if you are so self conscious, why not work on it?

Jog for as long as you can. Speed is not an issue, you don't have to be fast. Go for jogging 30 minutes or more. You are going for time and distance. Not speed. Just so your heartrate is up for an extended period of time allowing you to burn more fat. If you run too fast your body will start to burn lean muscle(which is densely packed fat) instead of fat in areas you would like to burn. That is why you need to run slow or just get your heart rate in the 55-70% range of your max heart rate.

Run everyday! before school or after. don't run RIGHT after a meal. Or you will just be burning what is in your stomach. Wait 2-3 hours before working out after a meal. Or when you wake up. You can eat after you work out in the morning. Just watch what you eat. Stay away from fried foods. White bread. Drink plenty of Cold water. White meat is better than dark meat. Chop fats off meat. Stop drinking pop and alcohol. Look to juices and other alternatives.

What does a heart attack feel like?

I had a major heart attack in 2014, and here is my story:I woke up not feeling well - I couldn’t explain it… I just didn’t feel well.Around 9am, my mother and father stopped by; they had gone to the stations of the cross at the church right down the road. I began feeling a pain in my right arm, but I tried to ignore it. My mother looked at me and said that I didn’t look well, but I told her I was fine, so her and my father left. So, it was just me and my 23 year old son. He saw me rubbing my arm and asked me what was wrong. I told him I wasn’t sure - that it was like a pressure pain that was moving up my arm. He said it sounded like a heart attack, and I laughed because I thought that I was too young for a heart attack. In 2014 I was going to be 43, I believe.Anyhow, I told him that I was going to take a hot shower and put the water on my arm but that I was going to leave the door open in case I needed him to call someone. I got in the shower. At that point, the pain was in my upper arm and neck. I stood under the hot water and aimed on my neck, but it did not help. I was uncomfortable, but I managed to get out and get dressed.I then told my son that maybe a nap would make me feel better, but after just two minutes of lying down, I was too uncomfortable to bear it. I thought that I would do a breathing treatment to make myself feel better. To this day, I still wonder why in the world I thought that a breathing treatment would be effective even though I was breathing just fine and the pain was in my arm and neck.Anyway, I took out my nebulizer and albuterol and started the machine. I took one deep breath and the pain shot up from about a 5 to past a 10. I cried for my son to call 911.I made it to the local hospital, and they performed many tests and gave by nitro glycerin four times. They then stabilized me so that I could fly in the Flight for Life helicopter into the city for emergency surgery. In the city, I had a stent put in. That night, the nurse accidentally opened up my surgical site and blood splattered everywhere, making me lose so much blood that I needed two transfusions.I was told that I was lucky to be alive, and that I should have come in to the hospital when I first felt the pain in my arm and neck, and that that would have saved me a lot of trouble. I also suffered a mild brain injury because I didn’t have enough oxygen going to my head.

Is it better to use socks, water balloons or toilet paper when stuffing your bra?

depends on what you are planning.

if its cold, socks under a sweater work the best, but if you are going to the beach, water balloons...in case they pop, you can dive into the ocean and act like you are just one crazy spontanious girl.

tp, is the handiest if you are going to a concert in the park, or anyplace you may be forced to use an port o potty.
( you can find a tree, and do not have to drip dry)

How can I talk to girls at the waterpark for practice without screwing up?

So next week, I'm going to this waterpark that I really like. I've been there before and I saw some cute female lifeguards (I'm a guy) there as well as some tourists who were cute too. Now I want to know how I can talk to the lifeguards and maybe flirt with them for practice without messing up. I would ask for a girls number if I felt like she liked me but the waterpark is like 300 miles from my house.

I remember last summer, I went there and the female lifeguards there were hot. I remember when this one lifeguard was kind of walking behind me and I looked to my side and she was like, "Excuse me!" in kind of a flirty high pitched voice. She had "lifeguard" written on the back of her shorts. I wanted to say "lifeguard" but I didn't have the guts. haha

The lifeguards there were generally nice. I remember when I was walking up the stairs to go down a slide, another lifeguard was like "Excuse me!" and smiled.

So I saw this hot girl in the wave pool (she was in her 20s and blonde, I'm close to 20.) and so I was looking at her and smiling to try to flirt with her. So she smiled back at me and said "What?!". I would have talked to her but I saw a couple guys come by and they scared me away.

Plus my dad was near me too.

I just feel like I should have talked to her because those guys could have just been her friends but I got cold feet.

I remember when I didn't say anything to her, her and her guy friends moved to another part of the pool and some of her friends were looking at me.

So I guess what I'm asking is, how can I act and talk to girls there without messing up?

I'm scared that I'll get my period tomorrow?

Tampons really suck when you have to start using before you have sex If possible you could try to get into a gynecologist (but probably not by tomorrow) and she can insert the first one for you so that you know exactly how it should be done and how it should feel. It is also possible that your hymen is very thick (but this is unusual) and she would be able to treat that at your appointment.

Are you able to fit one finger inside? I used to find that by having one inside and using your thumb to push the tampon alongside your finger usually works. Other than that try to sit on the toilet with one leg bent andsitting above you on the sink or toilet seat. Doing that just makes the area stretch a little bit more to make insertion eaasier.

As for the water park, do you have a dark swimsuit? If you don't usually flow heavy on your first day you would be able to get away with it. Just make sure to look down and arrange your bathing suit before you get out of the water to make sure nothing is noticeable.

You poor thing, it seems like periods are just there to make us miss out on the summer. Mine were AWFUL when I first started getting them--irregular and heavy, I never knew when they were coming.

They have birth control pills out there specifically to treat 'bad' periods. My mom put me on birth control when I was 15 even though I didn't lose my virginity until a few years later and within three months I was having normal periods, knew when they were coming, and was able to avoid PMS and cramping--which until then I thought I'd have to put up with till menopause! lol If you thin your mom would flip out just keep trying to use tampons and eventually you will get it right.

I hope you have fun at the water park! Good luck. =)
