How Can I Get The Iphone 5s For A Good Price I

When Will The iPhone 5s Price Drop?

So far, I only heard that the new iPhone is scheduled to be released in October.
(Of course, many people who observed the releasing times of Apple products see a pattern where Apple usually releases it in October (for their iPhones) and November (for their iPads). And usually their future iProducts are officially announced in September. )

Sadly, I would not expect the iPhone 5S to drop down after the immediate release of the iPhone 6. Apple will probably drop their cheapest phone (5C) first in price and then the more expensive model (5S) a few months later.
(Same thing happened when iPhone 5 was the new phone, 4 dropped immediately, 4S went down a few months after.)

Of course, this is a prediction. But I believe this would happen because its a common strategy for Apple to follow. (Look what happened with the iPad 2, finally went down after 3 years in the market while the iPad 4 went down after less than a year and then suddenly brought back.)

As for me, I given up on Apple. They pretty much release the same thing with minor improvements or like one major improvement a slap a high price sticker with that. (Retina Display Mini, anyone? e3e') Of course, their app store and games is the only thing I keep my iPad for. Otherwise, switched from iPhone to Galaxy S5 and never going back to them for their phones.

Should I get an iPhone 5s (2017)?

You really need to keep in mind the built in obsolesence that Apple applies. Very shortly you'll start getting software that it won't run. You'll also have the possibility of the battry failing, and the contacts on the SIM holder becoming unreliable.

I would not buy an Apple product that is already a couple of years old when they have a design life of only around 4 years in the first place!

IPhone 5 or iPhone 5s!?!?!?

I need some help
I currently have an iPhone 5
I just got it about 2 weeks ago
I really like it
But now the iphone5s is out and my parents want me to get it and trade iPhone 5 in
Is it worth it??
They are both the same price
I wanna keep my 5 because I like the looks of it and a lot of people have. And I don't want to stand out with a 5s
And there are also currently a greater variety of cases for the iPhone 5

But on the other hand I'm unsure if I want the new 5s
I mean. The apps have a different appearance aNd I really don't like the way they look
There aren't a lot of cases and it's realativly new so not many have it. And I don't want to stand out
I like the look of the 5 more than the 5s also
But they both are the same price. And my parents say they think its a better buy
I'm afraid that I might regret it too if I don't trade it in
Because in the future everyone will have it and I won't
And it has new features like a fingerprint lock
So I don't know which to. Get can i get your opinion
And can u tell why You think that the phone u prefer is better versus the other phone??
Thanks I will choose best answer for the most informative one.
Tell me a bit about each of the phones
iPhone 5 versus iPhone 5s

What is a fair market price for a used iPhone 5?

This site (https://m.gazelle.com/) lets you get a trade-in price for different models and carriers. My guess is it would be lower than market prices and so a lower bound estimate.

Iphone 5s vs iphone 5c?

Hey Cassy,

I am so glad you asked this very good question. I have already had the 5c as well as I had the regular 5 and 4s before switching carriers.

I must say that the 5c isn't much different at all from the 5 or the 5s. However, it depends on what you plan to us your phone for. For example, the 5s is supposed to have a better camera, which on you tube reviews you can see a very small difference between the camera on the 5s and the 5c. Also not only does the 5s have the fingerprint sensor, it also has Apples New A7 processor chip as opposed to the A6 processor chip found in the 5c and 5 phones.

What this means is that the A7 chip is much faster beating every phone on the market in benchmark tests right now. This fast performance however will only be apple to be seen in apps that are 64 bit integrated which majority are not yet. And if you are a heavy gamer, then the 5s would definitely be for you, being your games will move much better and less sluggish. Also the 5s is loaded with a M7 processor chip, which will help with movements, for example when you are driving, your phone will be able to better determine that you are driving, and will begin the gps.map features for you, it will also monitor any exercising apps better. Other than that, no difference lol!! Apple is actually playing us apple lovers once again, by slightly changing things about the phones, but yet leaving the screen the same size, the battery is pretty much the same, they claim longer lasting for these two new phones, but again, I saw no difference in battery lasting in the 5c.

So if you are a gamer, and wanna be ready for apps that will be 64 bit, then go 5s, if not go 5c lol!!!

Hope this helps :)

Why is the Apple iPhone 5s good for use?

Yes it is good but in the price range of 5s you get better android phones. Why dont you go for that.Nokia 6 2018.click to know more.

Is it good to buy iPhone 5S for Rs. 5000 in 2018 (September) for my father?

It’s ghastly underpowered dude. So I’ll just tell you to skip on that one. Instead, if you could go a little more I would suggest you to go for iPhone SE. If you don’t want iOS because of you think that’s a compromise then, you could as well buy some android devices which are pretty good for those budgets. But please please don’t go for iPhone 5S it’s just outdated piece of hardware and phone. But if you like the form factor then you could as well go for SE. It contains more or less the same specs of iPhone 6S but with a form factor of iPhone 5S.

How much should I sell an iPhone 5s for?

I have a 16GB, space grey, iPhone 5s that I just brought about a year and a half ago. I have a new phone now and don't use it, I originally brought it for $500 and it's still in really good condition (No scratches, no cracks, no water damage, all buttons work, sound works, cameras both work and I have never actually dropped it and I never needed to get it any repairs done) so what would be a reasonable price to sell it for?

I have OnePlusX buying an iPhone 5s is a good Deal?

Yes iPhone 5s will not disappoint u unless u r a core Android lover or user, Android specs are far better than iPhones I agree , but here is a thing to be noted, specs alone will not decide the  performance. Even the latest iPhone 6s has dual core A9 processor and 2 GB of RAM doesn't mean it's slow, it's one of the fastest and best mobile phones out in the market. The main reason being they make their own hardware and software. So the optimisation u get is way beyond any other Android mobiles. The Ram management in iOS is outstanding and coz of which u won't notice lags even when there are lots of apps running on the background. The apps in the iOS runs faster coz of this optimisation. There are still many ppl who uses iPhone 5s and are still very happy by the Performace. The mani advantage of iPhones are their iOS updates, at least 2-3 years guaranteed updates which is never possible in Android. The next thing u get is Security and complete control over ur apps behaviours unlike android apps. U define the app work and it works accordingly(ex No location access, shouldn't work on mobile data, contact access) u can individually turn on or off in iPhones under the setting menu which is great. This feature is availve in Android 6.0 but doesn't behave properly even though u turn off the Notification for the app, Notifications continue to pop up The one things u ll not get in iPhones is the freedom to customisation and sharing. Even now, u can't share a music file with others (including iPhone users). And for music u need iTunes or should subscribe to Apple Music which costs u No external sd card -- I use cloud storage so this isn't a big issue for me.  So it's ur decision that matters here  if u r ok with all these things go buy an iPhone else stick to android Ps:   I was an android user for at least 3 years, now it's been more than a year I moved to iOS and I never regret that decision
