what you need to do is occupy yourself with something that you have to think about... for example knitting, homework, working on a project, talking to your friends, watching TV, or even listening to a better song to get it out of your head... that's happened to me before and these always help!!

I can't get this stupid song out of my head?
This is a trick that I learned a long time ago to get rid of songs from your mind: Hum a note to the song (out loud, or in your head). Then, hum the note that comes half a step higher than that note. Hum it for 10-20 seconds. This will make your brain forget about the current song, because the note you're humming isn't in the same key as the song that was stuck in your head.

Hold head in bucket of iced water for ten minutes. I find this usually cures most things, including annoying songs stuck in the head which will not go away. Other trick is to try listening to other music to try to drown the stuck music out. This ought to do the trick.
