How to petition to fire principal?

this principal is not going to mess up my senior year! what do i need to get a petition going? how many signatures? what signatures do i need {people of importance?} does it have to go through the courts? if so how much will it cost? do i need a legal document? can i get a doc. online?

Additional Details

First of all, I need legal advice not immature indivudials commenting about things they know nothing about.

the reasons why the Pricipal needs to get fired or at least moved to another school is becuase we dont not have a coach for our football team, therefore no football players and no cheerleaders. We have no 2008 class advisor hired and for thoes of you who dont get it, thats graduating class of next year. No class advisor equals no money. No money equals no yearbooks, no class shirts, no prom, no dances nothing! Why? BECUASE THE PRINCIPAL DOESNT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY AND SLACKS OFF ALL FREAKEN DAY!

How to get my principal fired?

Well, lately, I've noticed how stupid my principal really is. My school just got a new principal this year, after our old one retired. Our old principal was probably the sweetest man you could imagine, but our now one is a sour old lady. I've been suspended three times so far, my first suspensions of my life. I never broke any of the rules, listen to my story. I'm in grade eight by the way, so I'll be out of my middle school soon enough. But I do not want other to suffer from a horrible principal.

First suspention - I had some dental work done. They had messed up, and hit a nerve inside my mouth, so half of my face was swollen. I still went to school. The bell rang it was recess time, now, I had to put on the medicine I had a special doctors note for. So I got out of my classroom, and headed down to the bathroom, the principal told me to go outside. I showed her my note, but she told me to go outside. I got confused, said whatever and went outside without medicine. My face hurt so bad outside, since it wasn't numb anymore ( Lack of medicine ) and the principal comes out and yells at me for apparently giving her aditude. Suspended.

2nd : The day my aunt died, I was very upset. I cried a little durring class, so my teacher sent me down to the office to get cleaned up a little. My principal accutally called me a brat, and told me to suck it up. I told her it wasn't easy, and I got suspended.

3rd ; I got punched in the face, and the principal blamed me for it. Apparntly, I'm at fault for a fight I didn't encourage.

I'm sick of it, but I have no idea what to do. Any help on getting rid of her?

I had a dream I had sex with my principal..twice?

This means that you are suffering from a common psychological disorder in which you have sexual attraction for your business leaders. Although this is not uncommon, you should seek help immediately, as it can lead to horrible sleepwalking "incidents" for some people.

Can a principal read a teacher's email?

Of course they can. That's not to say that the administrators sit around all day reading people's emails - usually there is some sort of program or filter in place that looks for certain "target" words, and the admins are alerted when something suspicious, etc. comes up. (This system will vary from school to school, of course.) At my school, the admins can read every email I send from my school account and they log every website I access. If I ever need to send anything personal, etc. that I don't want them to see, I use my gmail account because they can't read those emails (they can just see that I accessed gmail, not what I wrote).

Privacy isn't really the issue here, it's security and protection for the school, students, parents, and even the teachers.

This is a question about principal discretion regarding the selective enrollment high schools in Chicago:?

I just received a principal discretion recommendation letter from my principal and my resident principal a week ago. My principal is very acquainted with people at Whitney Young High School, and I worked with my resident principal to complete the letter. Also, I composed a 994-word personal statement, a requirement of the principal discretion in order for the letter to be considered. I wrote about my personal family struggles and how I managed to overcome those obstacles. I also wrote about my unique personal character traits as well as specialties that will help me to be considered a candidate for Young High School. I also inserted my photo with the mayor of Chicago into the principal discretion package. I followed with every single requirement listed on the principal discretion handbook. Anybody try to answer this: Will I successfully get into Whitney Young? The letters are coming out the week of April 28th therefore I really want to know the results right now. I applied for principal discretion in courtesy of Young despite earning 826 points out of a total 900 points in Tier 4. Under that criteria, it would be impossible for me to get accepted into Young trailing by 50-60 points. But I have a principal who knows Young's people really well, I received aid from my resident principal, composed a rich vocab-filled 994-word personal statement letter, and placed a photo with the mayor of Chicago into the packet which was already turned in to the CPS enrollment office March 14th.

What are the qualities of a good highschool principal?

I am a teacher and have had several principals. The last principal in our school especially stood out. Why?

1- A good principal will make his staff keen to work, an exceptional motivator.
2- Good sense of humor.
3- ALWAYS felt his presence. He made it a point to go around and see that everything is ok. We felt he had his hands on everything. [we barely felt the presence of the principals in the past.]
4- wise in dealing and handling situations effectively.
5- I am a maths teacher and my principal happened to be a mathematician too. So I had the added advantage of getting tips from him on approaching the teaching of the subject.
I loved that the principal is able to give tips to improve your teaching.
6- a lot of energy.
