How Can I Get Visible Abs

How to make my abs visible?

jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
to work double on them. The best approach is this:
1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
weight, lower for overweight).
2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it's parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - six
pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches - I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

This Calorie Calculator will help you find your daily calorie needs.Defined abs come from having a really low body fat percentage. To get that you need to be in a caloric deficit. Use the calorie calculator above to know exactly how many calories you need a day.Don’t starve yourself or go hungry. Eat protein enriched foods (1g per pound so close to 100 grams a day so about 20–30 grams per meal) while cutting down your carb intake (not out completely, you only need carbs when you’re about to workout and your carb source should be veggies, potatoes and rice) and cut your fat intake.Compound workouts are great. They require you to work 2 or more muscle groups at once which is great for leaning out. How long does it take to get visible abs?

Im skinny so I dont have any fat to lose, but I dont want to make my abs visible. They are A LITTLE bit but I see some people my age (15) with pretty much just a six pack. I use this thing called ab lounge every once in a while which is much more convenient than crunches, but for someone who's understands my situation, how long does it take to get real good visible abs worth showing off. A workout routine you used would be GREAT!

How long until I have visible abs?

It depends
Flex your abdominal region.
Can you really FEEL the hardness, or do you feel squishyness, fat squishiness. If pure hardness, they're almost there, try losing some fat and putting more muscle around the rest of your body
If it's mostly squishy before you feel the hardness, keep up with situps, but take it easy
Go jogging and stuff, you should have abs within a month or two

Looking at you body I say you're close. For upper abs (4 pack) follow Kai Greene’s routine. It's available on YouTube. Just search “train with kai”.remember it needs to be done correctly, your focus must be there, visualization, control, and actually using just your abs for each movement. In your condition I say a month of every day abs workout and you'll have abs coming out. Assuming you don't eat sugar ( I assume you know everything about diet)For lower abs though it's a little bit harder.

How to lose belly fat and get visible abs?

Freshman year in highschool, buffened up some over the summer with football practice and conditioning (including weight training).
For a while now I've been wanting visible abs. But Ive had some extra fat on my belly for a long time now, and although with a shirt on, you can't tell that it's there, but with a shirt off, it's embarrassing. So I never take off my shirt for that reason.
Even more embarrassing, I kinda have man boobs. They are barely there but I so desperately want to get rid of them! They are the main reason why I never take off my shirt. I hate them so much and will do anything to get rid of them.
Can someone please tell me how I can get rid of this fat and get visible abs?
I've heard of this thing called afterburn where they say you have a short hard workout and the next 48 hours you slowly burn more calories.
I'm thinking what I really need to do is burn more calories than I eat. But I find this so hard to do because I'm picky with foods. I hate salad and peanut butter, and I don't like most veggies, like carrots and celery etc. Broccoli is good when it is cooked good. But I'm big for my age (not big meaning fatness, big meaning taller than most and big boned). And I always end up eating a lot, probably more than what I should, and the wrong thing to eat too. Like when my dad brings something home for dinner or the family goes out to dinner, I have a hard time finding something to eat.
Can someone please tell me a routine I could follow to lose fat and gain muscle?
What should I eat? When? How much?
What exercises should I do? When?
And please don't just say "run" or "do sprints".
Please give a complete answer.
It would be nice if you could give a weekly or daily routine that I could follow and diet I should follow, or links with helpful information.
Thanks

How long does it take to get visible abs (female)?

If you do 200 crunches per day? Two sets of 100 each? Or should I do more. Please don't suggest the gym as I have no money for it. Any suggestions for other exercises that can be done at home would be appreciated. I also lift weights, but only little 7lb ones to keep my arms toned.
I am 21 female 5'7 and 103lbs. My tummy is flat but has no definition. I can actually sort of see my ribs. (I'm recovering from anorexia). I guess I used to like that look, I have no idea why, but now I really want some muscle definition.
How long will it take if I do 200 crunches per day??
