Here are 3 different fixes to get rid of it follow these steps:First of all, open up the Google Play StoreLocate the ‘hamburger’ icon on the top left. Tap on it.Then tap on ‘My apps & games’. This is a section where you can see all the apps for which an update is available. See if there is an app which is still in the process of ‘updating’. If you find anything as such then hit ‘STOP’ written inside a green box in CAPITAL letters. All the ongoing updates will stop.After that go on try to download the app which you want to.
