So my friend and I are trying lose weight

I'm : 160
She's : 15
I'm : 14
We're both looking to lose some where between 40- 45 lbs in the nxt three weeks
We aren't able to go outside tht much so plz list INDOOR EXERCISES that will show some results
Please BE SPECIFIC on FOOD don't just say u need to cut back on fatty food and stuff like tht um we don't have any exercise machines or any thing like that but I do have lots of stairs.....
oh and my thighs, arms, butt, and muffin top are the biggest issue for me

follow what i do, ive lost about 20 lbs so far! you can trust me, im educated and i have much personal experience.

the body works better losing wight if you change up your meal plan. i know, ive lost a lot of weight in my day... haha. always eat more in the morning, get your body ready to burn throughout the day, the more you eat in the morning, the more weight youll lose (but dont binge) in also on a diet, i eat an average of 1000 calories a day, (1600 calories is a good calorie per day balance) but good calories, bad calories are harder to get off and tell your body not to exercise. i work out 1-2 hours a day and you need comitment. i't also depends on your weight, but you can lose more if you weigh more, but any body weight can lose at least 6 in a month with diet and exercise.. remember to change it up or your body will adapt to what your eating and wont know how to burn it. and dont starve yourself, if you do that, your body hold onto its fat as a defense mechanism, remember to eat healthy, remember veggies and fruit, and a multi vitamin might help. i take protein bars (clif bars are healthiest) if you havent eaten in awhile, gives you enouh energy, protein and calories you need to burn a good amount per gym visit.

HELP!!! -LOSE WEIGHT- (TEEN GIRL)?

DO NOT starve yourself. If you suddenly stop eating everything, your body will think there's a famine going on. At first, yes, you will be losing weight. But then, when you start eating normally again, you'll suddenly gain LOADS of weight and become even heavier than you used to be! So never do that.

Try to eat a great variety of foods. Do not eat the same things every day. This will bore your body, and therefore it will be easier for your body to digest it, and thus, you will not lose any (or much) weight.
Instead, try to keep your body at work at all times. You can achieve this by, for example, eating more proteins than usually, and eating less carbohydrates. Then on day two, you'll eat more carbohydrates, and less proteins. This will keep your metabolism going like crazy!

Also, you can eat quite a lot for breakfast! A few sandwiches, a piece of fruit, glass of milk...Do remember to vary. This will give you an energy boost at the start of the day, and you'll have more energy to burn fat! Because remember that you need ENERGY (calories) to BURN fat! Don't eat too much for dinner. And certainly don't eat a lot after dinner. Many people feel the need to take a snack right after dinner-- don't! Instead, take a walk! It will give you more energy and it keeps your body busy. You don't have to go outside and play sports like crazy- that won't work. Taking a walk a few times a week is a much better idea.

The trick is to burn more calories than u consume. losing 1-2 lbs a week is actual a realist go and better than what most people try to do. Kids easiest because they have crazy energy and actual trying to put on weight to grow, then teens, and then adults because metabolism slows down no longer growing at pace you once were. But there is a little more than that, what u eat can play a big factor as well. Eating healthy can be huge difference, in fact was always my big problem -_- I work out and stayed in good shape but could never bring it to next level until I changed my diet.

Would like to lose at least 80 pounds or so because i really don't like my appearance right now (body-wise) , im not as self conscious as i used to be, but still a little bit. I have those dreaded man boobies which aren't too bad like some overweight people, but they aren't nice to look at either :/ ...

Am 240 pounds (apparently i used to be 243 cause i just had my physical and i lost 3 pounds, i probably lost more because over the summer i was out all day and barely ate snacks or anything now that summers over i rarely go outside anymore and so when i get bored i start to munch on stuff and i don't exercise at home so i'm just putting on the weight again.

I have a tredmill which i actually forgot i had and im not sure if i should use it (i guess so but how long should i jog or run on it ?) i have dumbells ... i think 20pounds r the highest they go up to right now, um my parents said we have some of my uncles free weights in the shed i still havent gotten those out yet. Um yeah so for someone with a lot of free time how can i lose weight , whether its eating right , eating in portions , working out w/e just throw some suggestions and all that good stuff my way, thanks a lot!
