I am 20 years old, and I weight 100.08 KG. I am trying to loose 15 KG. my height is 180cm (5.9 feet).

my main worry is that I will get loose skin on my body after loosing this much weight.

I recently joined the gym and I have now started diet that I got from a personal trainer.

my exercise is that I run Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.

I do 1 hour running so I loose about (1000 calories) on the treadmill. and then I do 20 minutes on elliptical machine (level 16).

I do lift weight on two days a week. I join the group exercise called (Body Pump).

so by Doing this type of exercise will I get loose skin on my body after loosing 15kg.

How to loose 15kg during the summer. (3 months)?

You need a good routine and good motivation. Start off going to the gym
(face your fears - lose your embarrassment: if you accomplish those people in the gym are really going to think; this kids really something)
3 times a week or maybe 5
On the three days run at a moderate speed making sure you do a constant jog, the slower you jog the longer you'll last.
Aim for 10-15 mins
Then do some weights, chest/bench press 10reps/4sets, bicep curl 10reps/3sets and any other machine of your choice.
Finish the day off with a filling but low fat meal.
Cut the sh*t.. NO FAST FOOD, NO CHOCOLATE, NOTHING THAT MAKES YOU FEEL SLUGGISH
Every other day try skipping, sit ups, push ups are a must to build muscle

15 kg is do-able with maximum effort
