How to Lose Arm Fat FAST!?

The Bad News: The only way to lose arm fat is to lose fat everywhere... Doing arm workouts can build muscle and firm things up. But fat only goes away by getting dissolved all over your body evenly when you are using more energy than you are taking in.

The Good News: Don't worry. Two months is plenty of time to lose a little bit of weight... Maybe 15 pounds if you work hard. 5 pounds if you don't. And it sounds like you may only need to lose 5 pounds or so.

I'm not saying this from a health perspective (although starving yourself is unhealthy), but even from a losing weight perspective. So eat healthy foods... Go ahead and have a little bit of butter on your toast, etc. And try to be active as much as possible. You'll look great for prom.

I have been extremely conscious about my body ever since a boy broke my heart two years ago. I am a teenager, and after that I really wanted to show him that my life is just as good without him as if he were in it.
So, I have been very conscious about my looks, and I have gotten thinner (which is not the best thing since there is nothing on my stomach). My body is hourglass shaped and I am small (1,60). Anyway, I always feel like I have extremely fat arms and I hate that and it makes me feel so bad.

most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

Wrap your arms in saran wrap at night & do a couple arm exercises in the day for atleast a month. Also eat healthy foods, & do not drink sugary drinks at all! Water will be the best drink. I Usually drink a gallon of water a day & 1 cup of organic green tea or oolong tea in the mornings. Try to keep your arms moving during the day like lifting semi heavy things, or vacuuming. If you like to cook stirring thick batter or mixtures for a certain period of time can help...your arms will be toned before you know it, but Saran wrap is the trick. If you want permanent results do the other things i mentioned as well. Good Luck

If you starve yourself, do you lose fat from your arms?

Yes. But you will be incredibly sick and it will never be enough. If you keep on going your body will start to shut down, your metabolism will slow, you will get poor circulation, you will feel constantly sick and dizzy, your hair may start to fall out, you may grow many tiny hairs all over your body in your bodies attempt to keep warm. Your heart will become weak, as will your immune system and you will find it difficult to keep warm and sleep.

Rather than cutting calories, if it is possible, do exercise such as yoga, gymnastics, and or other sports that promote flexibility, fitness and strength. These will make you toned, but won't make you buff, they will also make you more graceful. My sister is anorexic and does yoga, gymnastics and rock climbing. I also do gymnastics and rock climbing because it is allot of fun, makes you feel great and keeps you fit.

You might want to see a doctor about how much you are eating, because eating disorders suck and people who have them are in living hell every moment of their lives.

If you are basing your ideas about nice looking arms on shop dummy's, don't. Mannequins are anorexic, the girls I know with anorexia, didn't look like the shop dummies until they were having organ failure and literally dying.

Is it possible to lose arm fat from cycling?

Yes, it is possible. Your body stores and burns fat uniformly throughout your entire body so any type of cardio exercises will help burn fat in your arms and everywhere. Be sure to evaluate your diet, also. An unhealthy diet would require you to work twice as hard trying to burn away fat.

Genetics do come into play here, though. If your family has a tendency to have 'fat' arms you will be fighting an uphill battle.
