Rub it on your face for about a minute and rinse it off with warm water. The sugar acts as an exfoliator while the milk with smooth out your skin. To help with the pimples in general, wash your face twice a day and any time after exercising. Try to look for facial washes with salicylic acid in it, but make sure to get a heavy duty moisturizer, otherwise the facial wash might dry out your skin too much. Wear sunscreen if staying outside for a long period of time. Drink as much water as possible. Eat whole grains, vegetables, and fruits. Oh yeah, also... try to use very little hair products in your hair. Your hair constantly touches your face (especially if you have bangs) and can clog your pores. If you do tend to use alot of hair products, wash your hair before you go to bed. Make sure to clean your pillow case every 2 weeks or so. That's pretty much all you can do. Alot might have to do with hormones and genes. You could outgrow it the older you get. Unfortunately, I'm 19 and still have an occasional break out.

To have a glowing skin.Mainthing is drink atleast 8-10 glass of water which removes ur skin impurities and drink all juices in ur regular diet
Avoid oily,junk foods as u can means it help u to avoid from pimples and pores
Apply a fruit facial pack if u can means it wont have side effect and give a freshness to skin
If u have time means apply potato paste along with milk and honey which removes black marks on face and make ur face bright
To have bright eyes and face drink Carrot juice and Carrot milkshake which improves skin texture
For dark circles control just have a deep sleep of 8-9 hours sleep and dnt strain eyes in TV an computer for long time
If u use soap or facewash means u can wash only by two times otherwise skin becomes dry but Wash ur face with cool plain water whenver u feel tired
Night apply vitamin oil before goin to bed and for lips honey.Wash in morning
When u go out apply compact powder like Maybelline white UV compact which has UV protection

You bet :) Your face will become more defined and your skin will be nice and clear... drink lots of water too! Just don't go overboard... I think people who have lost too much weight can start to look really unhealthy and too bony in the face :)
