How Can I Make Myself Feel Tired

How can i make myself tired or fall asleep?

ok I woke up at 1:30 today because last night i went to sleep at 3:00 am and i woke up late I have to sleep at 10 tonight because i have school tomorrow Does anyone know what i can do to make myself tired or fall asleep without taking any kind of pill because my parents don't let me take any kind of pills?

How do i make myself look tired?

*Use Beige/darker than your skin type color, (make sure it's not sparkly or metallic) and smear this carefully underneath you eyes, and up a little bit onto your eyelids. Make sure it is not to heavy or you'll ruin the look you want.

Then...

* Use a um, it's called a concealer stick on your lips. (Make sure it's the creamy kind that will last longer than others) It gives the effect that you're not feeling vibrant and how your lips are dry when you first wake up.

*You could use an eyelash curler to turn your eyelashes crooked, or just curled the opposite of the natural way. It also takes vibrancy away from the set.

* Have your hair be messy and use hair puddy or hair spray to make it do what you want. Have it sticking up in someplaces, flat in others.

* My friend did this look once and he added a touch of baby powder to his face to make him look tired. I don't know how it worked out.


P.S. This is kind of sick, but he used elmers glue and smeared a bit coming from the corner of his mouth to the edge of his chin. After it dried, he scuffed it up a little and called it dried spit, from when he was sleeping. xD

I'm tired of looking at myself?

I used to feel that way too. With age, I've realized that appearances are so very unimportant. It's all about the heart. A person can be terribly attractive, but if they're a terrible person, then all of a sudden they're ugly both inside and out.
Stop focusing on the negative and focus on the positive. Instead of worrying so much about appearances, cultivate your heart... Be as kind and warm as possible to those around you, and you'll find yourself happier than you've ever been before.
Also, be thankful. Seriously. I'm assuming you're blessed with two arms and two legs. Go out, run, dance, explore, smile. Appreciate the beauty in life. Oh, and watch this video for some perspective. Please watch this, as it changed my life and hopefully will change yours too.

How do I get myself to study when I feel tired and can't concentrate?

If you feel tired all the time these two weeks, it could be a stress, motivation or procrastination issue. Take a break, find new ways to motivate yourself, study a little at a time without worrying about whether it'll be tested or whether you'll remember it, etc...whatever works. The key to studying effectively is to find a method that really works for you. Then implement the necessary medication, supplements or lifestyle changes.Also, I don't know what you mean by eating well, but I assume that means you've heard all the advice about eating low GI foods for long-lasting energy. So I'm going to suggest smaller portions instead, especially for any kind of sugar or carbohydrate, because big portions tend to make you feel sluggish. Thus, as inconvenient as it sounds, if you want to eat 3 slices of pizza, for instance, you'd feel less sluggish if you ate 1 slice per hour than if you ate all 3 at one go. Likewise, caffeine is about reaching and maintaining a level that affects you positively, not drinking a large quantity at once and then crashing later. So sip your coffee or energy drinks slowly over the course of the day instead of drinking several cups/cans at breakfast.

How do u make yourself tired to go to sleep?

at night i lay in bed for freakin ever trying to go to sleep and i cant..
if i dont force myself ill stay up til morning..
my sleep pattern has been so messed up because of this..i wont fall asleep til 5-6 in the morning and wake up at like 1 or 2 in the afternoon..
how could i regulate my sleep pattern?
and tips on falling asleep quickly??
