Should i play league of legends?

Okay, so I played League of Legends a week ago or something and I did not like it very much. I was completely lost. I was in the tutorial match and none of my minions would spawn!! I'm also veery noob at these kind of games. It was not fun..

But I usually like how teamwork is needed to win. Should I download it again ( I uninstalled it)? I don't get this champion crap and level and money crap and the champions.. Please someone tell me the basics

Should I quit playing League of Legends?

Are you getting decent grades? Do you really want to be fit? What do your parents think?First of all, do you think that playing League has significantly decreased your average grade level? Then yes, you should stop playing for a while, at least until your grades are back up.Think about this. If you quit League, will you really spend the time and effort to work out, or at least get fit? Do you want to get fit, or will it just be something freed up to do with the extra time on your hands? How much do you enjoy League? Do you play daily, and if so, how many games per day? Usually if you play that much, it means you enjoy it a lot, and you should question whether studying or spending more time with your parents or getting fit would be worth it. I’m not saying you shouldn’t do these things; I’m just saying it might not be worth quitting League over. And finally, do your parents approve of you playing League? Are you getting the grades they want you to, and do you think they’re feeling neglected by you in any way?Answer these questions, and you’ll know if quitting is something you think is worth it.

League of Legends is considered to be a free-to-play game.Yes, 6300 IP champions are pretty expensive, but you don't have to buy them all the time, there are many low-cost champions, you could buy every single 450 IP champion for less than it costs to buy ONE 6300 IP, for example. Also, if you play League of Legends, you can boost your game performance. I know a good website called Vital-Eloboost

How nerdy is League of Legends?

Nerdy? uhhmmm
League of Legends: 7/10
World Of Warcraft: 10/10

League of Legends is of course less nerdy than WoW. Why? Because it's not a huge MMORPG onlin multiplayer game and it doesn't have a series like WoW cataclysm or WoW Frozen Throne. League of Legends is just memorize the items, builds, character abilities, skills, masteries, strategies, and buffs. Know which way is what and what to do. WoW is like learn like a lot of abilities and know what to do.

World of Warcraft is like a huge multiplayer roaming world. There are like so many parodies, places, pros, and stuff to learn. I heard China treats their prisoners by making them play WoW nonstop. mining for gold. Then they sell it and the money goes to the prison owner. Pretty bad eh? WoW has so many stuff to learn that it is also great for brain memory! Old Seniors in residential hospitals play WoW and their memory improved a lot after a few months! That's how nerdy it is.

There you go! Cheers!

Why do so many people play League of Legends?

I mean, come on. Lets face it. It has a terrible community, and the game itself isn't THAT hard. I understand that there is a lot of strategy to it, and a LOT of right-clicking, but then again, isn't Dota 2 the same thing, but with more champions and strategy? League of Legends isn't that good of a game either. What draws so many people to it? Oh, and don't say that Dota 2 is "expensive" or "hard to get", I have 10 copies of it in my steam account right now. And you can get it for 2 cents on the steam community market. If you play 600 hours of League of Legends, you now have 1600 ELO, which is considered decent. Which is stupid. I know Team Fortress 2 isn't the same genre, but I have 1000 hours in Team Fortress 2. And I am still terrible at this game. Plus, League of Legends is also just a huge plan to take all your money. I love the way Riot does this to people. They keep rotating the champs so that if you get a champ that you really like, you either buy it with ip at the end of the rotation or if you're lazy, spend your IRL money. And don't even get me started on skins. I know this question is a bit long-winded, but I can't be bothered to correct it all. Please don't start a Sheet-storm in the answers. I would like some actual responses please. Come on, Riot. What is your secret to getting all these players?

Does it cost money to play League of Legends?

Nope, it does not cost money to play League of Legends.Thankfully, League of Legends is a free to play (F2P) online game. All you have to do is create an account on their website and download/install the game, and you’re good to go!However, I’d be lying to you if I said that it’s easy to NOT spend money on LoL. Even though LoL is a free to play game, it allows you to spend money on certain in-game cosmetics, notably “skins,” which are basically different designs/alterations of a League of Legends champion. For example, here is the original skin concept for one of my favorite champions - Riven. And below are 3 different Riven skins and their respective prices. RP stands for “Riot Points” which is the League of Legends currency. The pricing in LoL makes it so that a rough estimate equates $1 to around 150 Riot Points. The first skin below is Battle Bunny Riven. 975 RP ~ $7The second one is Arcade Riven. 1350 RP ~ $10The third one is Dragonblade Riven. 1350 RP ~ $10In fact, there is an entire Youtube channel called SkinSpotlights that showcases League of Legends skins. If you’re someone like me who has been playing LoL for a few years, you may find that you spend a few dollars here and there for these skins. But why!? Why would you exchange your hard-earned money to buy a virtual skin? Well, there are several reasons why players (like myself) have actually spent money on LoL:You like the skin because you think it looks better than the original model.Just like many people enjoy owning uniquely-designed or customized phone cases for their phones, owning a skin (especially for your favorite champion) gives you a sense of empowerment and ownership, which can make playing LoL more fun and personal. The skin has cooler in-game effects. The skin is funny and/or ridiculous.Example:Kog’Maw original skinPug’Maw skin(Yep, it’s a pug skin, I know right? But you’d be amazed at how easy it is for some players to justify spending $7 on this hilariously ridiculous skin)5. To support a cause/team/meme.SKT T1 champion skins—————————————————————————————————————TLDR: Overall, you can enjoy playing League of Legends without spending a dime. But don’t be surprised if you find yourself spending a little here and there!Image source: 3 Riven skins
