How do I remove these ads from KMplayer?
Yesterday I updated my KMplayer and this crap started showing up. Can anyone help me and tell me how to remove it. I can see the hide button but I want it completely turned off because every time I launch KMplayer it pops up http://i.imgur.com/VOCMhNs.jpg

depending on what kind of Operating system you have to set it up as your default media player, but as for window, you should find any file that kmplayer is associated with (avi.3pg,dvix,mpeg4 etc....) right click the file you want KM to open with and [right click=>select properties, in the general tab there should be open with:_______________ and you would click change, and find kmplayer(might have to browse for the exe file) and once you've done that there should be a check box that ask if you want to always open this type of file with kmplayer, and you would select yes. Right click on the screen, go to Subtitle, then subtitle language (the first tab on subtitle folder) and then choose the subtitle for example 1st subtitle or 2nd subtitle... *Make sure that the Show/Hide subtitle is on "show" mode (by Alt+X)... *If you are using ".srt" subtitles just drag and drop it on screen.
KMPlayer Playback Error?
I use KMPlayer to play files in VOB format. Some of these files have a video playback error. The audio works fine, but the video gets messed up. The playback bar moves faster than the actual video, causing it to reach the end of the bar in only a few seconds while the video is still playing. The audio continues as normal, but the video will freeze once the cursor reaches the end of the bar. Is there a codec or something I can download to prevent this? Or, is there another VOB player I can try instead (although I've heard from many a source that KMPlayer is the best one out there). PLEASE HELP!

You should try VLC player or Pot player, both are really good at rendering any format you throw at them.If you watch a lot of English movies and TV shows and fed up of scouting for the right subs every single time, try BS player. Even VLC provides this feature of searching for subs, but BS player is better in this aspect.Cheers!
