I want to put on muscle how to do so?

in order to build muscle you need to be eating the right food, like eggs (raw), nuts, chicken, meat, yogurt etc. stuff with allot of protein. don't over train.. give you're body plenty of time to recover! cuz you're muscles grow during the resting period and not while yore working out. drink 4 eggs a day 2 in the morning and two a night.

6 pack: 25% ab workouts and 75% fat burning exercises, everybody has a 6 pack, its just covered up by fat remember that.

I'm 16 and weigh 165lbs (75kg) and I'm 6'0" (181cm) tall, I've been working out 4 about 6 months now. i don't lift weights, just do push ups and ab workouts. i started off at 10 now i can do about 40 (push-ups), (sit-ups) 100, now 250-300.

and b 4 i forget, you can also buy a protein shake, everything you need to know is on the container. tastes awful but gives you're body what it needs and get you're body to where it needs to be. good luck brah.

How can i add muscle to my cane corso?

I understand what you are saying in regards to loving muscular dogs. I feel the same way. Genetics will play a major role in how you dog will turn out. If mom and dad were well muscled then your dog probably will be too. Diet and exercise are also extremely important. My dogs go on strenuous hikes and long runs almost daily. My vet even commented that he had never seen such a well muscled dog at such a young age (1yr) in regards to a male I just took in for shots. He said it was obvious he gets a lot of exercise- which he does! I've never had hip/joint issues with my corsos but some of their siblings and offspring have. Funny enough- those dogs got nothing more than a daily walk or romp at the dog park. Many cane breeders are against heavy exercise. I am all for it but it is important to slowly work up to it and don't push your dog. If he's tired then let him rest. Keeping him unneutered will also put way more muscle on him than if he is neutered but it means greater responsibility on your part. Even if he bulks out and then at 3yrs you neuter him you should expect a noticeable decrease in muscle within a few months to a year of neutering. I am not against neutering but muscle loss is a fact and testosterone also plays a key role in growth for large breeds. It has been my experience that males neutered before 2yrs are far more likely to have bone and joint issues. In fact most vets do not suggest neutering before at least 18 months in large breeds.
Finally, feeding chicken and high protein meats will help produce muscle but it's expensive. I would stay away from supplements. They cause more harm than good and are also expensive. If your dog is exercised a lot like mine it will need to eat more and I find I really have to work to get my dogs to eat or they start looking skinny. I add moist dog food to puppy food. Puppy food is very high protein or you can feed a working dog food meant for dogs who get a lot of exercise. I also mix hamburger in. Cheap and my dogs need the fat since they are burning so many calories. And your dog will not bulk out until at least 2yrs. It's a long time!Be patient. And there is no reason he can't weight pull in the mean time. One more note- many people mistake fat for muscle.A cane that is 24 inches for example should weigh about 100 pounds. I have seen websites that post height and weight with 24 inch dogs weighing 120 pounds or more. FAT!

How do I put on muscle without too much fat if I am very active?

Its not always possible to put on muscle and burn fat at the same time. Your best bet is to first put muscle on for a little while then lose fat for a little while. To put muscle on you just need to strength train like your already doing and feed your body enough protein and calories to fuel your muscles to grow. If you google it you will find online calorie calculators where you type your details and activity level in and it tells you how many calories you burn per day. To put muscle on with little or no fat you want 250 extra calories per day. You also want to consume between 1.6 and 2 grams of protein for every kg you weigh. You want to spread your protein and calories out evenly throughout the day eating every few hours, including straight after your workout consuming protein straight away (within the hour) protein shake is convenient but you can eat protein or just have couple of glasses of milk. If you go to Scooby's Home Fitness And Bodybuilding Workouts there is an online calorie calculator as well as training plans. If counting calories ain't possible just make sure you eat extra but its much better to count calories. If you don't gain weight keep adding 100 calories each week till you gain weight. If you add too much weight and add fat then reduce calories.

Is putting on muscle always beneficial?

If it is functional muscle yes. Especially as you get older the basic compound free weight (or pulley) movements like squats, deadlifts, lunges, Pulldowns, overhead presses and bench presses help to translate in to improved mobility and performance. Machines and isolation stuff like leg curls, leg extensions, bicep curls, side laterals or dB flyes offer much less benefits.
