How Can I Start Looking Like A Supermodel

Why are supermodels so anorexic-looking?

Well I guess most people have redefined what anorexic-looking is.  To me anorexic looking means that one has to have the appearance of deteriorating muscles.  And most models do not have that appearance.  I have been asked this question by a feminist about a picture of mine.  The said model was just naturally thin skateboarder who like to smoke weed.  She had no diet, drank alcohol and partied.  Like any 18 year old does :)  Anorexic looking models are extremely rare in reality.  If you goolge image search it you may find some examples but the truth is stretched out of proportion.  Just like there are people who are obese, there are people who are skinny and have gaps between their legs.  I myself would NEVER shoot a girl who looked anorexic as I think it looks disgusting and sickly.  I would shoot plus size models but not anyone who is obese.  To say supermodels look anorexic is like saying that plus size girls look obese and that is not fair. This is a photo of someone battles with anorexia nervosa and hence looks anorexic.  She is not signed with any modeling agency nor would she be.This is Jaqueline L. 18 year old from Florida who has no specific diet eats junk food and loves to skate board.  Not anorexic at all, naturally thin, yes, but not anorexic looking!

Is it good to be told that you look like a supermodel?

Loads of my family and friends say that I look like a supermodel and that I look like one, but I personally don't think I'm anything special :/... What do you guys?

Why would people say "you look like a supermodel" when you aren't particularly attractive?

People often come up to me and ask me if I'm some kind of supermodel. I know I'm not exactly very stunning looking or anything so I just assume people say that because I am tall and lean. I am 5'11" and wear a size 1. (I do know I am too skinny and have been trying to gain weight for over a decade, to no avail) The only other thing I can think of is I have a unique hair color: auburn with lots of red and gold in it. Do you agree that people say those things basically because I am tall? I am not fishing for compliments; feel free to say anything rude you like or give constructive criticism. I would never want to be a model anyways. Thanks guys!

What are the chances of a girl becoming a supermodel?

Very low. Like being struck by lightning low.

The majority of girls out there aren't:

- tall enough (most supermodels are 5'8" and taller)
- skinny enough (and I mean incredibly skinny, not the slightest bit of fat)
- or have the facial structure the modelling industry wants (high cheekbones, proportional face and eyes, small nose...etc.)

And some who do fit these might not even want to be a supermodel - some want to go the university and get an actual job.

What's it like to date a supermodel?

In the past I’ve dated several normal models, a famous model that has been on lots of ads in my city, and a couple “kinky” models. When you start dating, you are amazed with the looks. People are turning their heads, checking out your hot date. It is an ego rush, I admit. If your date is stunning, you will have much more competition. Other guys will hit on her (even in front of you, no matter how intimidating you look), she will have much more options to pick from. Some will look unapproachable and you will have less competition. They may be used to special treatment. Eating out a lot, flowers, the guy picking up the tab always. But there are lots of emancipated women too, no matter how good they look, so it is no rule written in stone. Also some are vain, but not all of them. Again, no rule.Soon you will realize that no matter how attractive your date is, their intellect and character matter a lot. It’s great if somebody is hot, but boring people get boring fast, no matter how hot they are.So in the end it is basically like dating anybody else, only with sometimes more competition and sometimes more effort.

Will ugly people look like supermodels in heaven, or will they look the same as on earth?

Why are you guys talking as though you know something about the subject? All I'm seeing here is a lot of wishful thinking and guesses. Anyone got any evidence for any of their claims?

Thought not.

Do guys want to date girls that look like supermodels?

When I was single, I wanted to be with a girl that dynamically matched me. She could be a model, an actor, a soldier, a fire fighter, a homemaker, a professional cyclist, a musician, etc, etc, etc. It didn't matter to me what she did for a living. What matter was if she was good with me. All the things that dictate fitness, beauty and wealth were secondary.

Before I was married to my wife, I had girlfriends from all walks of life. Many of them loved clubbing, going to raves, dance to hip hop, get wild and travel. One was a real estate agent, some didn't work and had rich parents, one was a homemaker, two secretaries, two school teachers, a model, blah blah blah.

My wife right now is no super model. Heck, she is the opposite of most of my ex girlfriends in terms of personality and hobbies, but in my heart she is everything I want and adore.

So to answer your question directly: it all depends on the individual.
