How Can I Stop Pit Sweat I

How to stop pit sweat/pit stains?

Sweat experts from the University of Miami's Miller School of Medicine recommend rolling on Certain Dri four or five times a week. This superstrength antiperspirant contains 12 percent aluminum chloride, which has been clinically proved to reduce sweating by up to 45 percent, compared with standard antiperspirants that achieve only a 20 percent reduction. The key is to apply Certain Dri at night, says Leslie Baumann, M.D., the director of the University of Miami cosmetic group. She explains that because you sweat less when you sleep, an evening application gives the aluminum chloride time to enter your sweat ducts and form gel-like plugs. In the morning, wash your underarms to remove any residual Certain Dri (if it's left on, it could cause skin irritation) and then use a few swipes of Mitchum Clear Gel Sport antiperspirant, which contains a form of aluminum chloride that's almost as powerful (and provides deodorant protection, too).

Removing stains:
The first thing you might want to try to get rid of armpit stains is a simple spot treatment, like those made by Clorox. You'll want to do this immediately after you've come home from either a long day or work or a sweaty day at the gym. Just dab a little on both pits--even if you don't see a stain forming yet--and let it sit for a few minutes. If it is bleach Do Not use on colored shirts.

Hydrogen Peroxide...do not mix with colors!

Borax...You'll want to make a paste with the powder. About a tablespoon of boric acid mixed with a little bit of water should be enough to spread over, and work into, the fabric surrounding the pits of one shirt. Let that sit for about half an hour, then brush off any crusties with scotch pad and throw that shirt in the wash. That should be removing your armpit stains real good.

Enzymatic Cleaner....This is one technique that can be used on colors as well. Enzymatic cleaners are really cool because they use proteins made by living organisms to "digest" any organic material they come into contact with.

How do i stop armpit sweat???

Rightguard won't help at all. It is a deodorant not an antiperspirant. Old Spice smells good but it isn't very strong. Try switching to a stronger antiperspirant like mitchum. I sweat alot due to my heritage. Mitchum works best for me.
Also the t-shirt thing is a problem. You need at least 2 different t's with you so you can wear a different one for each activity. Reduce the number of shirts you wear at once. Muscle shirt alone is fine for on the way. Trying to overbundle on the way just sets you up for more sweat. Try the practice jersey by itself for practice. (Surely your coach doesn't require the secodn shirt for practice.)
Be sure to hydrate well. This is important for warm weather practice. It will help your body stay cool better and may help decrease the sweat problem.

How can I stop pit sweat naturally?

“How can I stop pit sweat naturally?”It’s actually not a great idea to suppress perspiration because it is one of the main mechanisms your body uses to regulate your internal temperature. An astringent substance like tannic acid (in black tea) may reduce it.Natural deodorants can eliminate odour if that is a concern. e.g. Crystal deodorantIf you think you perspire too much, have your doctor assess you for a condition called hyperhidrosis.

How do i stop sweat stains? (arm pits!!)?

this might sound silly, but if you haven't found an antiperspirant that works well for you, I would suggest sticking panty liners on the inside of your shirt. I'm a dancer and sweat like a pig on stage, and with all the lights you can see the sweat in like 2 min...i know i sounds weird, but get the thin ones and just stick them in the armpit of your shirt. there are also the ones that you can sew into your shirt, but that might be a little intense.

good luck.

How can I stop my sweat from being yellow?

I'm going to guess that what you meant by your question is not that your sweat is visibly yellow, but that when concentrated - such as would happen on a day-end shirt - leaves yellow stains. This is a perfectly normal phenomenon. It has to do with the protective oils and dead cells present in human sweat and I can so no way to prevent it.
