How Can I Visibly Lose Weight Fast

What is the best way to lose weight and observe a visible difference in a week?

On an honest front, losing weight is neither an art nor a rocket science, which needs prescriptions of wacky diets that send you into a frenzy, or our popular “weight loss/fat-cutter” pills!Well, here's a No-bullshit, foolproof way to lose at least 3–4 kgs of weight in the first week. And, you must believe that it shows by the end of 7 days. It worked for me too:Drink plenty of water (not less than 2 litres). NOTE: Never drink in the standing position(I could tell, perhaps the next time!),Start eating your meals in slightly smaller plates than usual (this way, emotional eating takes a back seat ),On an empty stomach in the morning, have warm water squeezed with lemon juice to boost metabolism.Exercise 10 minutes after your first morning snack in the morning (not breakfast). Wait for at least 30 mins to have a healthy breakfast then.Give up all pre-processed foods, ready to fry/cook stuff & packaged juices & carbonated drinks. Oh, PLEASE!Eat something healthy every 2–3 hours,Ensure you're having at least 1 teaspoon of pure ghee during breakfast/lunch. (I swear by ghee and I must admit it helps you curb all that nasty temptation to eat any of it away),Include leafy vegetables & at least 2 fruits daily,Wrap up your dinner before 8pm.Sleep not before completing 2 hours of dinner.Sleep well for a minimum of 7 hours. Here's how I could lose weight successfully in less than 4 months.https://www.fitbewell.com/fitnes...

How long did it take you to see visible changes during weight loss journey?

It all depends on (1) how regular you are at workouts (2) your clean eating habits (3) your healthy lifestyle (4) how many hours do you sleep (5) no intake of refined carbohydrates, sugar and much salt (6) how much water you drink daily. Now, this being said, please concentrate on total body fat loss than spot reduction. SR is temporary and does not stay that way in the long run.Clear your mind. Don't always think, "My belly is not reducing; how can I do it?" This constant thought will have psychological effect on you and you won't be able to reduce more than the initial 2-3 kgs.If you are a mesomorph, weight loss will happen faster than if you are an endomorph. Endomorph really take time to lose weight and have difficulty in maintaining that weight. Please concentrate more on FAT LOSS. The main culprit is FAT (subcutaneous and visceral). Fat sticks to your body as if it does not want to leave you.Do you know swimming? Best would be if you strength train daily morning with 2 days of light cardio (after ST) and swim in the evening.Remember "it is all in the mind" and don't worry. Keep working out hard and you will get a result in 3 months.

How long does it take to visibly lose weight?

I was just wondering how long it would take for me to visibly lose fat from stomach, thighs and hips...
I want to lose around 8 kilos, I run everyday from 2km to 5 and a half at the most at about 12km/h (until I get fitter). Plus I walk 1.5 either way to school everyday,
I eat fairly well, except if I'm at someones house, a party, or where it's absolutely unavoidable.
So how long do you think? Thanks :)

How much weight should I lose if I cut out soda?

I've been dieting about three weeks now by eating about 1200 calories daily, eating smaller portions, I walk about an hour and a half a day because I walk to and from school, not eating after seven pm, etc. I'm not going crazy by exercising aggressively or doing a weird fad diet with powders and stuff. Just regular food and light exercise (it's all I have time for right now)

I'm , 5'3'', 140 lbs (last time I weighed myself), I'd like to get to 120 lbs, maybe 110-115 if it's healthy for my body. (I have no idea what my ideal weight is) But I feel like I'm only getting fatter.

The thing is, I drink A LOT of diet soda. I know it's really bad but I ignored it for a while since it made me feel fuller and had no calories. However, my aunt said she stopped drinking soda of all kinds even diet and dropped weight fast, but she didn't say how much. How much weight should I lose if I drop all soda and continue my 1200 calorie diet?

Is the soda why I'm not noticing weight loss yet? Or am I just being impatient? If so, when will I actually visibly notice that I'm losing weight since I don't own a scale?

How long do I have starve myself to lose weight? I am actually overweight. I am a guy not an anorexic chick. How long will it take to lose 1 pound? 10 pounds?

If you are overweight, and you don’t eat for 1 day, you will be at least 1 pound lighter by the next day. You actually have a higher chance of being 2–3 pounds lighter by the next day if you don’t eat anything. If you don’t eat anything for a week, you’ll probably lose around 10 pounds. Now here’s the kicker; You will gain the majority of it back as soon as you eat again. By the time you’ve gone through that week, your body is going to be in a different state. It’ll realize it hasn’t been eating, and it will greatly slow down your metabolism, making you very slow and weak. It’s going to be hard to even stand up by that point. Because of this, your ability to lose weight will drastically go down. Week 1 you may lose 10 pounds, week 2 you’re more likely to lose 2–3 pounds.Since your body will be so much weaker, you have a far greater chance of catching infections. You’re being constantly bombarded by viruses and bacteria, but a healthy body can easily fight the majority of them off, and cause you no problems. If you’re starving yourself, though, then your body gets weaker to things like that. If you go for 2 weeks, you’re at a very high chance of getting sick, and your body won’t be able to fight it off because it has no energy, and you have a very high chance of getting pneumonia. After that, unless you eat and heal up, you have a high chance of dying after around 4 weeks of not eating. So, don’t starve yourself. Instead, get a diet app on your phone and track all the food and calories you’re eating. It will tell you what a good amount of food to be eating will be. Follow that, and you’ll lose around 1–2 pounds per week for as long as you can stay on the program.

How long does it take an anorexic to lose weight?

Please don't tell me about the health risks and consequences of anorexia because I already know. I'm curious as to how much weight a beginning anorexic could lose during their first week, second week, third week, and so on. Also, when would they notice the weight loss?

How much weight would I lose if I ate 500-800 cals a day?

You would not be able to maintain that caloric deficit for a month as you would become weak and fatigued.
If you BMR is 1800 calories per day at 800 you would lose 2 pounds per week. At 500 about 2.5 pounds per week.
Just cut out the fats and junk food and exercise few times per week. Its much easier.

Good luck.

How long does it take to actually see weight loss?

Weight Loss is usually easier in the beginning and gets harder over time. If you start dieting, it’s very common to see a 4–5 pound drop on the scale in the first week.If you have a lot of weight to lose, you will be able to lose quite a bit of weight during your first 4–8 weeks by simply eating better and exercising.By this time, will have lost 4–8 pounds or even more and this will be very noticeable. As you get leaner, it will become harder to lose more weight and you will run into weight loss plateaus.Weight Loss Plateau – What To Do When You Stop Losing WeightOn the positive side, if you’re relatively lean and lose even a little bit of fat, it will be more noticeable. If an obese person loses 2 pounds, it will not be very noticeable but if a lean person loses 2 pounds, it will be noticeable.I would say that you should see a significant change within the first 4–8 weeks of dieting. As a coach, I always encourage people to focus on FAT LOSS and NOT WEIGHT LOSS. If you can build muscle while losing fat, your transformation will be even more noticeable and faster. The more muscle mass you have, the leaner you will look. This applies to women as well.Hope this helps!Follow me on Instagram for daily fitness tips!Anand (@underdog.strength) • Instagram photos and videosFree Workouts25 Fat-Blasting HIIT Workouts - Underdog Strength
