I am so depressed that i cannot open my eyes properly.?

things get better with time. you will not always feel like you do now, you just have to try to surround yourself with things that make you happy. i have BPD too and maybe you need some medicine due to a chemical imbalance. try to get out there and be more social, join community groups that you are interested in. one thing that helped me when i felt like that is surfing becuase that i what makes me happy. you just have to find your muse. try talking to a counslor. they will help you put things into perspective about your feelings and how to make them go away. i will get better, just keep your head up sweetie. if you are bored and just wanna chat with someone you can email me brownmagic83@yahoo.com. good luck. =)

What is the branch of psychology that studies things like procrastination and daily life problems or bad behaviors?

Most branches cover those things. Branches of psychology are not broken up by details such as specific behaviors. They tend to focus on a specific area of general behavior. For example sports psychology will focus on performance enhancement, not just for athletes but for execs and artists and others. Unproductive behaviors will be addressed to help their client perform better.A Cognitive psychologist is going to look at the mechanics of these behaviors, from a cognitive perspective. A social psychologist is more interested in group behavior. Individual behavior is not generally within social psychology’s scope, but individual motivations can be, and they might examine unproductive behavior as an aspect of group mechanics. An I/O psychologist will spend a lot of time working on unproductive behavior with a focus on improving organization performance. A neuropsychologist is going to look at the biological mechanics of a person’s behavior. My suggestion is to be a psych major. You’ll be exposed to all the major branches in doing so. The APA also has an excellent book that details the day to day work people in 40 some odd Psychology branches do on a regular basis. You can find it on Amazon. Forget the title. I do strongly suggest you know what branch you’ll focus on for your Masters or PHD before you finish your third year. It will give you more time for certs, better choices of electives and you can transfer to a school that specializes in that branch. Most major colleges only specialize in 2–4 branches of psychology. Some of the less common are only taught in a dozen universities nation wide. So location may be as important as what is done. Depends on your ability to afford out of state tuition and find suitable housing.
