What are your health and fitness goals?

Hey hun

Firstly, my health goals are to:
- Consistently drink 3 L of water daily and some green tea,
- Maintain a high level of fruit and vege intake,
- Very very rarely touch fast foods or greasy meals,
- Experiment with different healthy foods,
- Vary my diet more, and
- Continue cleansing my system

My fitness goal is to generally become fit, tone my stomach and legs/bum. I would love to just feel a whole heap healthier! I also want to be able to maintain my weight throughout my University course and be able to reach a high level of flexibility (do the splits again, etc)

A month has past and I'm on my way to achieving these things... My only wish is that I could have done it earlier!!

How do I get a fit body in 2 months?

Everything that you are willing to do (as mentioned in the question) is setting you up for failure! Apologies for bursting your bubble, but please do read on. 5-6 hours in the gym per day - Sponsored athletes and Mr. Olympia competitors so that. Someone seeking weight loss and basic fitness will not survive more than 2 days of that much effort. Might as well get injured. 20-25 kgs in 2 months - it is unhealthy to lose that much weight in such a short time. Losing that much weight in a healthy manner is almost an year long project (accept it). Moreover, did you gain so much weight in 2 months? I am sure the answer would be no. Fruitarian diet? - what is that?  Do you mean you want to eat only fruits for 2 months? Have you thought about what will happen after 2 months when you resume eating normal food (assuming the highly unlikely possibility of you sticking to your 2 month goal)? The weight will return! Remember this : diets fail! Maintaining a health weight is a lifestyle choice and not a periodic fad. Ok, after that rather lengthy lecture, here;s the solution that I would suggest to you:Start a moderate exercise program. Better still, just start walking 15-20 minutes and over a period of time increase it gradually to 30-35 minutes along with an increase in pace. After about 4 weeks your body should be ready to take up a slightly more challenging exercise routine.Your food - create a calorific deficit by stopping eating when you are about 80% full. Learn and practice portion control and don't keep snacking at all times of the day.Either completely stop or reduce your alcohol consumption (assuming you like to drink - ignore this if you don't drink alcohol).Aim for losing maximum 1.5 to 2  kgs per month. Any more is unhealthy.Wish you all the best in your fitness endeavour. Good Luck!

How to get a fit body without going to the gym?

So firstly let me say there is no gym in my city, and after a long day of work I really don't want to travel to another city to workout. So, is it possible to get a nice body just working out at home without any equipment? I really wanna do this, and unfortunately I don't have a lot of room to buy workout stuff since I live in a small place.

As far as diet, I was thinking of basic low carb one. Boiled eggs, vegetables, Lean meat, Plain Chicken, and of course fish, and pretty much nothing but water.

What is the difference between fitness and survival of the fittest?
