How to copy a moving picture into a microsoft powerpoint but the picture still moving?

Most of those are animated gifs. You can not copy and paste them into PowerPoint. From the internet, you need to right click on the moving image and select Save (or Save Image or Save As or whatever your particular browser says). Then save the file to somewhere you can find it on your computer.

Go back to PowerPoint. Go to Insert PICTURE and browse for the file you downloaded. Hit OK.

The image will NOT animate while you are in PowerPoint's work mode, but when you go into Slide Show the animation will show.
